A woman is murdered and police officers lie to convict people of a crime they didnt commit.After serving years in prison innocent people are released and the police officers themselves are arrested for thier criminality. Everything looks like finally the justice system is doing what it is supposed to do. CONVICTING WRONGDOERS !

Then surprise surprise, Papers get lost ...all the usual garbage that Swansea court system use to sway the balance of justice. Lets face it. When was it ever going to be in Swansea justice systems best interest to show that in fact there is corruption.mistakes,injustice. ? I know the result of Judge Vospers harsh attitude towards me( when I was wrongly accused of affecting Selwyn Roberts Tenancy when in fact he waged a race and hate war against ME ) and the effects injustice has so it must be devastating for people to have lost years locked up for being wrongly convicted and then the real criminals to be allowed to walk away scot free.

The fear and anxiety is etched upon every sinew in her body. She is yet again in disbelief not daring to realise its over after the sheer torture of being wrongly convicted and heavily punished for something she didnt do.
She is lucky it was Italy because in England with our lapsidasical judges its common place for them to get it wrong, either deliberately or accidentally. Judge Vosper did it to me. I have the evidence to prove that I did nothing wrong but then Im an outsider and not a welsh god botherer.
It takes a big man to re examine evidence and admit that you were wrong. Vosper is clearly not a big enough man to do that yet in Italy they were. Sadly In Wales and England its who you know not what you know. Im not alone there are many people suffering the same at the hands of people who shouldnt be trusted with decisions in my opinion.

I am not a terrorist, far from it. I was a victim of racism and abuse which left me with PTSD and dissasociative anxiety disorder. Caused by the horror of what was done to me.Its difficult for people to understand but if you imagine a nightmare which feels so real that you live it,where you try to escape but your feet are rooted to the floor and you try to get help but people turn away so your greatest fears happen then thats how it feels until your mind breaks.
Selwym Roberts and his gang caused me to have dissasociative anxiety disorder to the point of fear of people and going out. Judge Christopher Vosper in my opinion caused me to have PTSD and to increase the Anxiety to breaking point due to his unfair judgement and his lack of concern of what was allowed to happen to me. He really couldnt give a toss because he had made up his mind before court which side he was on. He even put words in Selwyn Roberts mouth. I feel there was prejudice towards me. I dont know if it was because Roberts ,Vosper and Gibson all belonged to the same church or there were other links. I certainly know how isolated I felt being English in a Welsh court ! I have tried to bring this all to the attention of courts and judiciary because if the welsh judiciary are as squeaky clean as they would have us believe then it proves them right but as various other people who have suffered injustice know full well its not squeaky clean and it cannot risk its behaviour being questioned.
Ive just had a major op because my health was totally ruined and I still have medication to control the anxiety. Is it right that courts can be used for personal and racial hatred ? My understanding was that you have to prove whats said in court but apparently if the judge is on your side you can say anything and get away with it. I challenge the ministry of justice to examine under PUBLIC scrutiny so we can all see the truth. the evidence I have for you to see. If not then its going in a book anyway and you can live with my side of it. You have been on today spying so you clearly have concerns on me getting the truth out.

gateway-303.energis.gsi.gov.uk is a means of government surveilance which remains anonimous unless you are in the government dept spying. It could be anti terrorism which is fair enough but more likely a spineless ministry protecting people who should be the people being watched.

The evidence is available to Vosper or the ministry of justice to check out but so far they just spy on here because they dont actually want the truth to surface. Also because I went to a meeting to complain about Ex Chief constable Terry Grange. I believe I was placed on the MAPPA list which is for terrorists, violent people and sex offenders.I have committed NO criminal offence ane therefore have a clean criminal record. Another reason why I believe I was not allowed proper justice in Vospers swansea court is he had access to the MAPPA details.
Grow a set Vosper and look at the clear evidence of perjury in your swansea court. Explain why you and Gillian Gibson (gods right hand helper but now banned from being a witness in court by Crisis in farming) work for the same welsh church yet you allowed her in as a "witness". How do you strut around Sainsburys buying lunch with no spine. Tell me why you are so arrogant that you feel able to work for a church in gods name when you wont even look at what I believe to be clear evidence of wrong doing in your own court. What do you reckon God makes of it all then ? Or are you and Gillian "special" and above everyone else.
You may ask to see the paperwork at any time, you or the ministry of justice. I can then show quite clearly that I was the one telling the truth. And every time some government agency types in your name to see whats on here about you, then I will publish the Government address and shame them. Not a day goes by when legal people dont crawl over this thread but its all truthful and its time you realised it.

As all readers of this blog will know I have striven towards displaying for the world to see misjustice and prejudice on these very pages. I have never put anything that is untrue and what I state is easily provable.

It has been wonderful watching MPS,Judiciary and chief constables alike squirming with shame (TERRY GRANGE MEET CHRISTOPHER VOSPER YOU HAVE LOTS IN COMMON ) as the truth has been displayed on the Trallwm Farm Blog. The book of course will be even more damning for those that failed to do the job they are paid to do. The Pirates of Trallwm Farm book isnt far off !!!

Now Its Judge Christopher John Vosper's turn to explain his behaviour.

I have spent time gathering evidence to show what a prejudiced little coven exists and how no matter what I showed in court no one was listening anyway.
Quite why the building is known as the Swansea justice centre is beyond me. You Vosper are a judge and I should be able to expect fairness and no prejudice when you are dealing with a case. I dont feel in my case this happened. The original surveyer was struck off but still her novel of a report was what the whole case was built upon.The surveyer had already taken her untruths to Defra hearings to help her friend get subsidies he had been refused. I was convenient to blame being English and new on the block and no one questioned thier claims so neither did you. But there was a big pile of her rantings introduced as accurate evidence against me.

The "Expert charactor witnesses " had never met me nor visited Trallwm farm so they were misled but still blundered on with no true knowledge to inpart to the proceedings. you thought they made excellent witnesses although of course they never saw all the terrible things he did here.

I have in front of me the forms from Petty France London complaining about your behaviour and Ive got the appeal forms on there way from the royal courts of justice !(Update THEY ARE HERE ! ) What wonderful people the staff are there from the appeals section right through to the free advice and the libaries.

So Vosper what are you going to do ? Are you going to take this opportunity to revisit and introduce yourself to the truth ?

You can look up Upton Walker and Shona walker and see quite clearly that she was struck off as a surveyer a few years back yet you accepted her evidence ! You allowed witnesses who made it up as they went under the veil of a Christian Organisation called Crisis farming network who never met the cattle here and of course the insurance sellers welsh farmers union expert.
These people may be qualified to judge victoria sandwich cakes at WI meetings but thats it.

Ive just spoken to Julie Richards at the Appeals electorate,Welsh National assembly.
She tells me that they dont check that information given is true. If someone says they are ill then they can ask for a doctors certificate but other than that anyone can say anything, They had no idea that Shona Walker the main spokesperson had been struck off. That left Gillian Gibson and the insurance bloke from Welsh NFU PETER DAVIES simply repeating what they had been told and adding a bit without ever checking facts.I now have the insurance details for FARMERS UNION OF WALES They had no knowledge of anything themselves as they had never been here nor seen me or the cattle.Nor did they have procedures in place to check the facts.
Neither will come forward and admit what they have done even though in Gillian Gibsons (Crisis in farming) case I have written evidence which contradicts her.

I have been told to write in with relevant questions to Defra and they will reply accordingly.They were horrified that all the paperwork for the many failed attempts to get subsidies were used in court as evidence of support from them against me.

This Blog has been a godsend because people can now see the evidence,Before no one would talk to me because of data protection and they didnt want to get involved.Its taken me this long to get this far. And of course Ive had to sell everything to give the person you helped.

Update to say Vosper seems to be doing what Terry Grange and Dyfed Powys police did which was to say nothing and hope it goes away.Dyfed Powys failed to stop the same person inflicting race and hate crime on me. I also have statements about the criminal damage caused by his tractor. His father was cautioned for assault and spitting in my face.

If Judge Vosper wants to see all the evidence that I have showing quite clearly in black and white then he only has to make an appointment and I shall attend Swansea court. I shall bring upon him the court system that he so innapropriately brought down on me if I have to. Be a man Vosper and accept you made mistakes.

My little red liveried friend has now left for rehabbing at the Vale ,Glos. The point is he should have just been left a free fox but sadly someone taught him that humans were his friend and of course that's not true.

Many foxes die in many ways, run over, trapped, necks broken and ripped to shreds by hounds. One which particularly horrified me was stabbed inside a fox trap. That will live with me forever and each time I get asked to save a fox I do so partly in memory of a terrified small animal drowning in his own blood which filled his lungs not able to escape his tormentors.

Our latest fox was getting into trouble by wondering into houses at meal times in a farming community in Pembrokeshire. There were several miffed cats that lost their lunch and some angry farmers afraid their chickens were on the menu at cafe fox.
This boy was too tame to find his own food and preferred tins of cat food. I know people mean well when they humanise fox cubs but it then puts the fox at risk because they go waltzing up to people when the novelty wanes and the pungent aroma of dog fox pervaids all and they are abandoned.
They cant feed themselves and in desperation will take anything they can to stay alive as long as its easy pickings.

There are two ends of the scale when it comes to foxes either they are evil shadows killing all and sundry for fun that should be brutalised and forced into extinction.
Or they are a magical part of English heritage that eat everything from bramble leaves to MacDonald's leftovers. They are nocturnal and bone idle. When they gain access to chickens they will kill all but they remove bodies one by one and bury them in a larder. When people claim foxes killed for fun its not true. They just got caught before they could remove all the meat to safety. Two foxes care for cubs, mum and an "Auntie" which could be a previous older female cub. When there is a litter of cubs already no other litters are produced because that would make an area overrun and all would starve. Foxes don't invade our habitat, we invaded theirs !
Its therefore our responsibility to protect both our livestock from foxes and also our natural foxes right to survive.

Our latest little chap I didn't even take photos of because I was determined that I would not interact with him other than to feed him and change bedding. It was too much temptation when whilst I was sat next to his cage he leant against me. I passed a doggy chew in and he gently took it whilst staring kindly into my eyes. He loved chews and toys being a late cub from last year. On one of our look but don't touch sessions he sniffed my flattened palm all over and then next time he extended his nose through the bars almost gesturing for attention. Being very wary that he would be quicker than me and could sever my finger if he wanted I carefully held my breath and stroked his velvety nose. I became to realise on our many chats how tame he actually was.

This morning he left on his transport run carried out by three kind people. We lifted his cage from the barn and his demeanor changed. He hissed and snarled threatening when I cleaned his cage for the last time. Before I could just open the door and do what I wanted.This time he was afraid.He eventually settled in the car and I'm told went to sleep. He was passed to two more cars to finish his journey.
The best we can hope for is he will learn to be wild and be released to take his chance in the world or if as I suspect his life has been blighted unintentionally by misplaced human kindness he will be neutered and live with other foxes in huge pens. This means he gets to be a free fox but will get his meals provided.
I hope he gets to be freed one day and I hope all his interaction with humans will disappear from his mind. I will remember forever a little chap gazing into my eyes as a friend,who let me stroke him and who enjoyed his tinned lunches with dog chews for afters who was very loved for just a short while.

Its not often that you will find me praising Dyfed Powys police because the lies some of them tell are so brazen and the racism and selfishness over powers the good that some officers try to do.
If its true that in every barrel of apples some will be rotten to the core equally it will be true that some apples will be exactly as they are meant to be,good and wholesome.

Ive met a few nice police of late and today I had cause to call Cross hands station with regard to an allegation of theft. Sgt Melly spoke to me at the earliest opportunity,took time and trouble to speak to an organisation trying to help and between us a truth emerged that everyone was happy with.

Perhaps those grasping the ladder up to Chief constable level could take the time and trouble to learn about good old fashioned policing from Sgt Melly.
I was so impressed I'm considering taking sandwiches and a copy of the Anarchists cook book down to Cross hands waiting room. Its ever so convenient as the armed response unit live next door. We could all have tea and sandwiches before the ARU smash a few windows.

No one said I had to like the teenagers I took in from courts and youth justice. In fact there were several that I actively disliked, but who had no where to go so for their own sakes and that of their hard working legal teams I would babysit them until their court dates. One such irksome boy who lied every time he opened his mouth brought back a friend to stay. I wasn't supposed to notice him living with us but as he was quiet and obviously needed a roof over his head at 15 then I chose to look the other way instead of losing the young lad to those that would lead him to harm and destruction. My first task was to separate him from the boy who had brought him as this one was destined for jail and certainly no good influence on my boy with haunting features and a kindness about him.

After a few days of winning Richards trust,I found out that he was up for a multitude of car theft and burglary charges but hadn't attended court.There was something about him that struck a chord with me. His sweetness and politeness. He wasn't evil,he wasnt nasty so there had to be a reason why he had carried out all these acts.
I set about finding courts and court dates persuading Richard that if I went to court and stood up for him like no one else ever had and it went wrong,I would drive him to Bournemouth and leave him there so he would be free. We made a pact and never once did he ever lie to me or not do as he said and I was exactly the same in my behaviour towards him. I took him shopping and bought him things in Top Shop that he had never had before. He smiled all the time. He was such a pleasure to have around that he became my Richard and to my daughter he became a brother.

We had an immaculate suit that we used for court appearances if new kids didn't possess presentable clothes and so Richard was dressed and polished within an inch of his life. We attended youth court sitting downstairs on the meagre chairs in Basingstoke court. A large man was talking to the bailiff saying that Richard Ayres hadn't bothered to show again. I stood up and corrected him. Richard smiled because just once he had done something right and he had someone with him who was going to tell the court that he was doing it right. He was bailed to me. Everyone was happy because a problem had gone away. A senior police officer once confided to me that Richard was a prolific car thief as a child. He would find a car and take it to where he wanted to go. He would rob to find food and then he would sleep in either that car or another that had fuel in. It never once dawned on him that the consequences of his behaviour had a catastrophic affect on his victims. He simply saw what he did as a means of survival. It was possible to follow the trail of Richard from Basingstoke to Cove,Frimley,Farnborough,Odiham. Finally he had a roof over his head and as much food as he wanted. We used to go night rallying and he adored it. Totally legally being out in a car having fun without harming anyone. He was literally bailed to me and on a curfew so as long as he was actually in my presence he was fine and out of trouble. There were those that tried to pull him back into a bad way of life but he was smart enough to know he had been given a big break.
He dealt with youth justice and and life was looking good for him. He still did crazy things but not bad things. He once played chicken with a knife with the idiot that had brought him to me and ended up severing a tendon in his hand. His fingers flopped and I had to take him to see a specialist to get the tendons reattached. I have nerves of steel but Richards nerves were far ,far stronger. He refused pain relief and watched avidly as the specialist put tweezers inside his hand and pulled the tendon ends. He reattached layer after layer until apart from surface stitches nothing showed.
Richard had years of tradition behind him and taught me a lot about the true travelling way of life. Once after a party he insisted on searching for a hedgehog to bake in clay,just for me to try. He got told in no uncertain terms not to and he flashed his wonderful dark eyes showing he had just got one up on me.

Richard used to visit his little brother Dwayne who was a miniature version of his elder brother and equally beautiful in manners and looks. He reestablished contact with his family and finally made the decision to live with his sister. He had a lot of loyalty and would stand up for any of us and one day he did. Sadly a fight turned into a serious injury and Richard once again faced court and a jail sentence. I was absolutely gutted and there was nothing I could do to get him home safe.

He served a sentence and when he got out his father Freddy brought him to see me. I cried as I hugged him and he just laughed and smiled hugging me back.
He came and saw me several times telling me about his girlfriend and staying out of trouble.He had a red trials bike and I begged him to be careful. He just laughed that same white teethed huge friendly smile. I moved to Wales and got caught up in stuff that smashed my life to bits but always I tried to find out how Rich was and his adorable little mini me brother Dwayne.

Richard once tied tape to the leg of an antique table for whatever reason and it will remain there forever. He used to play a song over and over "save the best till last " by a unknown artist and every time I hear that song I will go back to that time of being lucky enough to have spent time with someone so so special who taught me about loyalty.

On the 16th September 2005 Richard died in a motor cycle accident.

I would never see the boy I chose to be part of my family again. Dwayne survived another 3 years until he was murdered in a cowardly attack. Stabbed until his life drained away.
Never could their be two sweeter natured boys who had overcome so much and gone on to raise good families and make good relationships. Never will there be another Richard and Dwayne because they were both as special as special could ever be.
Wherever they are in heaven I know they will be dishing out sweetness to everyone around them and every now and again swooping down to wrap their wings round any of us feeling sad or needing help. When the sun shines I know its them smiling at us encouraging us all to live our lives to the full until we meet again as I know we all will.

Laugh ? I fell over. Dyfed Powys Drugs investigation

Lets set the scene for two of Dyfed Powys police finest approaching the house of an alleged drugs farm, guarded by vicious dogs protecting the proceeds of crime.........

Two officers using their years of expensive training and stealth quietly approach the front door hoping to take the occupant unaware so affecting a peaceful entry. A drugs bust like this could boost an officers career.
Hardly daring to breathe with excitement they sharply rap the door and stand to one side.
Hm no one in....... Do they organise a drugs unit to smash the door in and seize the growing cannabis plants ?
Hmmm no.....
They decide to take the safe option of thorough investigation and go knock at next doors house.

I'm laughing as I write this but can you imagine the gist of " Excuse me but does the drug dealer live next door please ? "

The neighbour was horrified and asked the police not to return as the pensioner who lives next door was out on walkies with the alleged guard dog and its blind and deaf 13 year old friend. So left in charge of the Operation was a Rabbit,two Hamsters and a few snails you wouldn't want to mess with.

Her "crop" was in fact Lemon scented Geraniums growing on the window sill in the bedroom. I gave her the plants so I guess I'm equally guilty of cultivating such a strong growth of illegal Geraniums. Id love to see Pontyberems ever growing crowd of druggies smoke these. It could put them off spliffs for life.

It was only last week that the Carmarthen Journal had on the front page Dyfed Powys police's new drugs czar stating that he was on the case of drug dealers in the area.
Yet within half a mile of this poor pensioners house are two drug dealers,one quite prolific who has a security system so he can see any police coming !
Its not what you know in Bancffosfelen, its WHO you know !
Meantime anyone who is knowingly cultivating Lemon Scented Geraniums for "own use" should be aware that Dyfed Powys police are fully trained to take you down. Anyone dealing in cocaine, PCP or cannabis will probably be safe enough for another week.

Dyfed Police at llanelli contacted ME. They were quite rightly trying to avoid deaths of mainly humans but possibly the ponies by default. One officer suggested shooting the ponies on the day if I couldn't catch them. Given the choice of being chopped in half by a car or a marksmen it may have been the only other option.
Not withstanding my views on Dyfed powys police not being able to find their own backsides with both hands and them behaving in a prejudiced manner when " upholding" the law, I and debbie went down to work with the ponies and to remove them from the main link road where they lived armed with several natural horseman ropes and an air tight contract on what we were doing and what dyfed powys's responsibilities were,

Reimbursing the sanctuary was clearly covered.

Now previously Ive said the police helping us and sealing off the road were pleasant and reasonably helpful. we had all four ponies next to the trailer until a knob end in a volvo with flashing lights went flying through the middle of us in the early hours but he upset the other officers too. The ponies trust was gone and so we sealed them in a place of safety and returned the next morning capturing them all safely with no casualties nor stitches in my head.
Time passed and despite reminders we heard nothing so we had to phone constantly only to discover that the contracts which the police had signed had been lobbed to one side and lost. I had already made it clear that if their poor behaviour wasn't sorted then I would be going to the small claims court. Eventually with the help of a kind inspector the contract was found and finance told to pull their finger out.
What we actually got was blatant stupidity and half truth's.

All they had to do was get the fax and send by Bacs system what they owed.

They claim Ryan couldn't read the fax yet he could read the phone number on it which he got a woman to phone after the bacs had done that days bank stuff. She left a message at ten past two to say that as they couldn't read the fax she was putting a cheque in the post despite our agreement. Agreements dont matter to Dyfed powys because they do what they want anyway. Then Ryan changed his story claiming he had phoned loads of times. The down fall of that tale is that the phone doesn't lie. When it says its had only one call at a set time then that is what happened. Its possible Ryan couldn't dial the right number but that's another story.
it wasn't even my phone they rang but debbies.

I get that mistakes happen but its how that mistake is corrected. steeping lie upon lie without basic respect for the job they are paid to do adds insult to injury.
When I asked to speak to who ever was in charge to complain about the stupidity and poor service what the ass holes did was to put me through to Alison in professional standards to take my complaint.

Alison is a typist not an officer from professional standards.

Apparently everyone and anyone in finance had an early lunch from about 12pm onwards.
I was told that they only do Bacs on a Wednesday but they were happy to retrieve the envelope ( which had been posted 1st class the night before you understand ) off the desk it was now lobbed on and post it 1st class again. I was not willing to take that risk of it being lobbed on another desk and hidden from view. Then a kind inspector phoned, apologised and said he would get this unacceptable situation sorted.
So then the head of finance,known by me as "bitch from hell" phoned telling me that my only chance was to accept that they would post the envelope as they only do BACS on a Wednesday.I wasn't getting a bacs done anyway as it would take two days to set up and they didn't have my details.She asked if I was telling her to hold onto the envelope ! Yes I'm really going to do that when Ive moved heaven and earth to get the envelope from your clutches in the 1st place
Actually they did have my details but they were on a roll of stupidity.

The kind inspector from Llanelli phoned again to tell me he had negotiated with "kevin" (yet another clueless wonder) who said they only do BACS on a Friday and by the time they had sorted it they may have posted the envelope any way. So he told them to put the paper work in reception to collect.

Thanks to him they managed that.

At the end of the day they made it as difficult as possible and the only help available was one inspector and one chief inspector whom I'm sure had more important things to attend to.
Mean time with Dyfed powys avoidance of real police work and upholding the law the person who committed perjury continues to walk free and my health worsens day by day.With regard to the rest of the nightmare Dyfed Powys helped create,
It seems the only way they are forced into action is by me showing them up. I can see me going on top of Swansea comedy theatres roof, other wise known as Swansea justice centre.
Why would a rational person want to do this ? I dont want to but I get iller day by day and the police avoid correcting their appalling mistakes yet spend time playing games with me. Meantime I am using this blog entry to lay a complaint of perjury and ask for fair and diligent investigation into the matter.
DP Trustworthy ? I dont think so. I saved the ponies although it caused a lot of stress.
Will anything happen ? I'm still waiting for a reply to my letter of 2007 to play away Terry Grange whose unprofessional behaviour was still a hidden secret amongst the force at that point. The standard of care is so poor at dyfed Powys police that no police officer is allowed to speak to the press. The DP press office make up some cheery words and then pretend its the words of a serving officer.

I was saddened to get a phone call from a member of the public reporting a Wallaby with a suspected broken back. I requested help from the RSPCA to transport the poor animal to a vets and a thorough investigation of the whole situation. Having put the matter in appropriate hands I got on with other animals needing help and the continual grind of feed providing here at the sanctuary. Next day the phone rang with a distressed lady asking when I was going to collect the Wallaby. I re phoned the RSPCA somewhat angry and I was apologised to and told that I would get a phone call back immediately. It brought back bad memories of inspector Elaine Spence coming out to help with Roberts cattle and then being abandoned in court.

What I got was a somewhat miffed inspector telling me that he went through his to do list on a priority basis and that it was only hear say that the Wallaby was paralysed.It was my fault the Wallaby hadn't seen a vet because I could have gone to his area and collected it and that he would go the following day to have a look.
Somewhat enraged Debbie and I got in the car and drove forty miles to the farm where the wallaby was in a cow barn. We met the couple who had possession at that point and then drove as quickly as we could to our vet for a pre arranged visit.
There is something terribly wrong and sad to see a beautiful Albino Wallaby grooming her front feet,knowing that her back legs are paralysed and there is no hope for her.
We talked to her all they way back and she was quite happy. I carried her in to the surgery and there was no choice but to put her to sleep. The RSPCA did cover the cost of the procedure but I doubt the wiseness of people who throw money at the RSPCA when its small sanctuaries like us that are desperate to stay afloat and were there to help an animal that got help two days later than it needed to. If you have spare cash just find your local sanctuary. They will be grateful and WILL have an animal you can help.

The next day brought a cat with aids that I had to take down to be put to sleep without question this was the right decision for the poor cat.

Saturday brought more trauma. We have all gone down yet again with a bug and I considered asking our vet to put me down with the poor cat but I took a phone call from Dyfed Powys Police asking us to attend an incident of ponies on a main road.
This was an ongoing thing and the police had made the decision to seize the ponies for their own sake and families driving along the road. One pony had already been chopped in two by a vehicle and we needed to save the remaining ones.

Unfortunately they were wild (almost livid on occasion). They were frightened having been chased by people and cars. The RSPCA had been asked to help and again hadn't responded so again we were called in. Never before have Dyfed Powys police impressed me but they sure were better than the RSPCA. We worked with the ponies until the early hours and then secured them away from the road before getting some sleep ourselves.Sunday morning the police sealed the road off for a second time to all traffic and we had enough trust going to ensure we got the ponies loaded and back to Trallwm farm.

We had one unanswered question which was soon answered.

Smokey was in the yard with his new girl and as soon as he spotted the intruders he arched his neck and reared. The four munchkins answered in similar vein with Willy's flashing and nuts clanging.
We had brought back four stallions who all think they are seven feet tall.
Photos will follow of ridiculous ponies who think they need pirate attire and ropes to swing from. The biggest already got bashed by me for biting Rolex the old Dane.
Meantime anyone qualified to geld is welcome here !

Maurice Kirk is rightly FREED !!!!!!!!!!

Cc: "norman scarth" A telephone call at 3pm today told me that Maurice is free. Maurice himself rang me at 6.20pm (his speech suggested he may have had a glass of shandy! ). Apparently the jury were sent out at 10.30am & 'deliberated' for four hours (very worrying for Maurice & supporters), came back in & said they were not unanimous. Judge Thomas said he would accept a ten to two verdict. After only 10 minutes they came back & said 'NOT Guilty', by a majority of eleven to one. It appears the four hours 'deliberation' was because they were trying to convert the one Quisling among them. Lord Devlin was right when he said "The jury is the guiding light by which we see that Freedom lives" (though of course there is always the chance of ten or twelve Quislings in a 'specially selected' jury).

A few years have passed since you phoned me to ask for help with a pony that lived in a cow barn. His owner was in much torment after the suicide of his son and couldn't bare to look at the pony let alone give away the last link he had to his sons tragic life.

You carefully worked with the man and gave him hope of a future for both he and Alphie a very beautiful silver stallion who had competed and won before being sealed away to be a memento in a mausoleum.
I travelled up in heavy snow and met you not sure if I would be spending Christmas at your house if I couldn't tow Alphie back in the bad weather.

Alphies owner didn't want to give him up to the various places you suggested until you showed him us on the internet. He spent the night before I arrived trimming mane and tail,clipping overgrown hooves and making the once white coat gleam again.

You created a positive situation for a lost and tormented man to help his horse find freedom. You had an ability to be friends with most people and to fill their lives with energy and fun. You also had an amazing ability to help those worse off and to offer comfort.You were even better sorting out lost and hurt little furry souls without ever expecting reward or recognition.

You were definitely the one person who could make me laugh with your antics and often temper. Everybody knew exactly where they stood with you because there was no pretence, only honesty. You stuck up for me over the years and I know you did it for others too.I was so impressed when you got your bike and you encouraged me to have fun too.
Today as the snow cascaded from the sky once more you took your leave from this earth and drew your last breath. You shocked everybody not because God would want you as an angel but because we needed you more for a long time yet and you were gone.
Heaven wont be a lonely place for anyone following your tracks in the snow to the big gates. The fire will be lit and you will welcome everyone. I look forward to a carefully ordered heaven with all the ironing done.

Interestingly all the above names have been googled today and all terms and words have lead the searcher to my blog. That means someone is out to see what Ive added on here or as is usual to see if there is anything untrue written that could mean I would have to remove anything that can be proven to be untrue.

Right now I'm actually to the point of serious illness but I'm still hopping and skipping ahead of those that would rather I took to bed and hid.

Jack Straw this week has been exposed as someone who failed to take the advice of two top legal advisers and blatantly took us to war without the proper exhaustive channels being followed.

He did it because he could.

It meant hundreds upon hundreds of innocent people have died through no fault of their own. That includes our own brave soldiers simply following orders, innocent bystanders, children, women, whole families burnt, buried under rubble, blown to bits, shot. All because of terrorists and our Government ministers that failed to listen to their own advisers and started a war like a gang of overgrown school boys out to get the kids in the next streetin a territory battle.
I'm sure everyone has their own opinions on this but indisputably evidence has been given in court. I doubt there will be calls for people to be made accountable for war crimes because of course its always someone else at fault and then our Government just dumps troops in and countries get trashed.

You may be wondering what this has to do with Terry Grange,Dyfed Powys police,Andy Edwards etc, well let me tell you.
Most unfortunately, the ministry of justice is run by Master Jack Straw ! Now if he can go off and start wars and avoid detection until now, because he is simply inclined to do so, then how can the ministry of justice and the descending system be trustworthy ?

From the very top if someone is not accountable then the rot eats away the heart of justice until people are vilified and wrongly arrested as has been told in many cases in the UK today, simply because it suits someone. "They" hunt in packs because favours always have to be returned.
Ive always said that I'm happy to show a court or the press, paperwork I have, including the admittance of an assault on me by DPP and the favouritism and the racism that has been inflicted on me. "They" just use the IPCC to smooth the waters and avoid confrontation which might bring the waves of truth to the surface.
If Jack Straw is now under the spotlight for his part in starting a war because he wanted to, then shouldn't all the claims against the ministry of justice and various police and judges be looked at a little closer in case of similar "errors" in the justice system ? If those at the top can do it surely those below will follow suit.

So far apart from ten armed response unit police destroying Terry Granges bungalow even though they had keys,assault and blatant harassment of me and a very dodgy outcome to a court case,those that be wont take me on. I'm happy for them to, because I will do as I did last time which was to expose them in the press with indisputable truths. Untill the last nail goes in my coffin, I will continue to expose them one by one .None of them are that bright as can be seen in the blatant stuff they have put in letters to me. My lovely, lovely book telling all about the wonderful animals here at the sanctuary and the struggle to survive racism and bullying in Wales will be available to read as my health improves and as long as everything in it is truthful and provable there is nothing that can be done to stop me.Its turning into a cross between all creatures great and small and a documented expose of third world justice by people who just keep on starting wars with UK people when they shouldnt.
How stupid are these people that rule our lives ?
Well some of them created a war that will bring their party them down for starters.
The rest should consider putting things right before its too late.

Christmas past and a letter to my Grandaughter

I know we all thought of Chris as the universally missing gift that we all wished for. Her wish would have been that the baubles were straight and that all the kids were happy and well fed.

Chris gave me a gift a very long time ago that I didn't realise had been posted but it arrived yesterday just in time for my Grand daughters 1st proper Christmas.

Chris taught me that all children are magical and nothing else matters because each one is a gift to be treasured. My brother Sam would only eat chicken nuggets as a child but Chris had patience and let him eat them until he didn't want to. Louis was the shy one who although extremely bright didn't want to perform in public and hid away so she gave him space. I was damaged and she extended great patience to me.
My experience of being parented was anger and emotional violence often with physical violence.
Both parenting types will effect us all our lives but Sam and Louis and no doubt Debbie, Gareth and Frances will have happy memories and their ability to deal with situations will differ from mine because of their early upbringing with Chris.

When my sister and I were abandoned we became part of Chris's family and suddenly there was a strange but infinitely preferable way of life. Its because of Chris that I know half the things I do.

Yesterday I sat with a very excited little girl who was dressed in a Santa dress. She kept pointing to the Christmas tree and her little plate kept magically re filling with profiteroles as she happily danced around cuddling dolls and smearing chocolate across her happy little face. She had Mummy ,Daddy and Grandma and so far it was the best day she had ever had.
Chris's gift arrived after the others had been opened and it was the realisation that not only had she helped me with Kyras childhood but she had taught me to be a Grand parent.
Now that's a gift you cannot get any other way unless its given with love. Because of Chris my Granddaughter Roxy's first memories of Christmas will fill her head for the rest of her life. Each Christmas will be magical. warm and safe because Chris taught us all how to do it.

How lucky I am that my gift arrived and I spotted it amongst all the ripped paper and sparkling lights. I will put two photos on today because I want Roxy my Granddaughter to meet her great grand mother to whom we should all hold up a glass of Champagne and thank for what she stood for and how she made us have strong moral cores that we will share with our families forever

Santas littlest Hobo that came in from the snow

I know I promised not to look at every little Blue puppy that I see, intently searching for the very qualities that my Bojangles has but yet I was strangely drawn to this little blue lurcher needing a mummy to keep him warm and fill his tummy.
So off I set for a three hour drive through the snow thinking up reasons to give Debbie when inevitably I would arrive home with another little lost soul.

When I got to the address where this new blue boy was I carefully walked across old window frames and abandoned beer cans thrown in for good measure and tapped the door carefully as it was boarded, so as not to dislodge any more glass. A child first asked who was there before a stressed parent arrived with keys to let me in. I was greeted by a lady trying to do the right thing by this pup.
She had been told that the pup was 6 months and that he had an accident with a door.
He was 4 months old and had two breaks in his little tail that had set at angles.
He was scratching enough that Debbie's first concern when she saw him was mange.He wasn't a Bojangles boy but he was blue enough so I couldn't leave him there.

I introduced the pup to Debbie very carefully so there would be no aggression by giving her a bag of cheese scones in an Asda bag in one arm and then swiftly plonking him in her other arm. She didnt bite him or me once which was a relief.

The puppy was far better behaved and gazed lovingly at her fluttering his little blue eye lashes.
We did the this puppy will never be Bojangles because he is a dog and it looks like a patterdale cross,it has mange and his tail looks like something builders measure angles with.

Eventually even Ms Connolly the BBC dog trainer had to agree that this little pup is close to perfection as is possible. He sleeps all night, goes out with the gang and wees up fences,doesn't chase cats,Doesn't chase chickens and is clean in the house.
He is a really loving chap. Our vet saw him and has wormed, fleed and checked him all over.

I think little Hobo has a special reason to come into my life. Somewhere there is someone who has just lost their dog or perhaps is alone or perhaps a child with special needs to whom Hobo will pay his rent with love and devotion.
If anyone knows of such a person then little Hobo will be one happy puppy with his forever home and he could full fill his destiny to be a special little superstar

Angel,

You were more like the devil when you flew out of the cattle lorry ready to fight me, with your flashing eyes accentuated with what looked like eye liner. Your gang were behind you, flanked by your two Sargent's at arms.
Then you saw the two big bales that I had brought in just for you and your frightened herd. By the expression on your face I assume the dinner gong sounded in your head and so you just threatened me very rudely with wisps of hay trailing from your lips.

You to me were a challenge,something to keep me wanting to live in this world full of uncaring humans and I guess you felt the same way about me so our hearts were instantly drawn like pulsating magnets. After a few stand up and lay down fights we found our way and became a team.

You helped me learn from you as much as you learned from me. I laid strange things on your back and asked you to move towards me on a long white connector that joined us "eye to eye". Very soon you got that humans need help and so you learned to walk forward and to stop before colliding with me and also you even went for a lovely walk down the road but chose to come home first and let me catch up later.

You trusted me enough when I asked you to carry someone on your back which eventually you actually thought was great fun, especially when the foals in your herd got in line behind you and turned left and right when you did.
What an Angel you were for me when I asked you to try a rug out. Since then you had to try a bigger one because your hungry tummy was now full every day and you had gained weight.

One fateful day I waved goodbye to you as I was going to a car boot to fund raise and you suddenly remembered you were a wild horse and you took your herd wandering across into a neighboring field. To get there everyone who could, jumped the fence and you as Alpha mare tried but didn't make it.

When you were found you were lying still and flat on the floor with a lot of blood that had ebbed from your leg. The humans let me come up and sit with you alone."I only left you for two hours" I told you while I stroked your face.

Suddenly your eye opened and looked directly at me with a look of kindness and acceptance of me.
At that point people came running with cutters and my rope halter. We cut you free from the sharp wire and you still just focused on me. Darling you were not clear of danger yet and so I took your front legs and cradled your head so we could turn you over.I realised then how much weight you had gained. We pulled and turned and suddenly you were in a place where we could try to lift you. With a lot of effort from you and persuasion from me we did it !

You limped out of the field and down the road to wait for our Vet Brian Cotter but trailing behind you were your herd of foals and mares and a lot of blood from your injury.
The vet packed your leg because it couldn't be stitched and you are still ill but having just fed you antibiotics cunningly hidden inside apple and honey cookies I know that you will try your very hardest to stay with me in the world even if it is full of uncaring humans,because just sometimes there are people who care and we both have a lot of them around us.

Yet more have been pushed into the arena...

Over the last few days Ive had several groups of ponies pointed my direction. One group has a very misleading photo with it that does not show a motley group of Section A's but something more attractive than what you are likely to get!

For many years I have made my self unpopular with the pc group of dogooders who think that by buying Sec As at market they are going to go to heaven. Ive had loads of abuse and people are discouraged from coming to us because I have always said that buying meat ponies from auction simply feeds the trade.
If you indiscriminately breed mother to son and produced a meat pony,took it to auction and got a fiver for it would you bother again ? Noooo

Would you care who bought it if there was more money in it ? Would you welcome women with cheque books hurling abuse if you went home with a weeks wages from say ten ponies ?
Ive always said if there was no money in it then the scum of the earth breeders would stop.
During school holidays the dumping rate goes down but as soon as kids are back at school and no more pity ponies get purchased then abandoned ponies turn up all over the place unloaded from lorries.

I'm not a great fan of passports because I feel its geared up to Europe wanting to know where its lunch is coming from but I must say Defra has done a cracking job in stopping the breeding of these unfortunate innocents.
Sadly because of buying sprees there are still breeders out there pumping more sad little lives into the torrent of unwanted life. Now the breeders have to pay for a passport for each foal even if they go straight to slaughter and that is a wonderful thing because its taken any profit away.
For each poor little inbred thing ( and yes those posh ones that people think are the best when they are just the same when the skins off ) that has been dragged into this world from a starving mum riddled with worms and lice, death is a blessing. They are inbred with many physical problems and wild natures,Often the colts have a withheld testicle in Sec As.

Shame on anyone who perpetuated the breeding to fill greedy pockets with cash
With the credit crunch less people are buying the foals to stop the meat man so like a self full filling prophecy there are huge volumes of unwanted ponies being offered to sanctuaries "Or we will slaughter them" Really ? Are you really going to pay for the passports then just to slaughter them out of spite ?
More like you are hoping people will buy them to save them !

I may sound harsh but if people stopped buying them then there would be no profit and there would be no more sad little souls ripped away from their mums at auctions.
Just like Veal,people stopped buying, veal stopped being produce in horrendous conditions
If you want to do something to improve the welfare of poorly bred ponies then please don't hand over money for them at auctions or from breeders.
Its shameful that these people have not been stopped a long long time ago,
For all those breeders that will now phone me with abuse or who will run me down behind my back, feel free that's my contribution to saving ponies from torturous lives.Apart from saving and feeding all the ones here at the sanctuary already.
If you can genuinely help a wild meat pony and have the knowledge then go for it but please don't give the breeders a penny.

A herd of horses were dumped from a lorry after
a meat sale failed to earn money for the breeder who didnt realise he would have to pay for passports.
So yet again a breeder has indescriminately bred thinking that he or she is business person of the year, and has left animals to survive the winter on their own,turned loose on a main road.
The youngest is just two weeks old !

My time gets wasted by Dyfed Powys police, glory seekers claiming to be gods right hand men but the animals here are the only things worth giving attention to.

There are enough horses on this earth already and now there are 15 more needing help because a Scumbag thought only of his own greedy vile self.
I despair of this world.

There was another group dumped in September and then there were two cats locked in a cat carrier, left to die at the side of the road untill we took them in. Not even a newspaper story persuaded anyone in the know to come forward and tell the truth.

We wont turn these animals away and we will save them but we need help to do it.

We laughed when this hit the news today and said it sounded like Terry Granges Buffoons were at it again. We laughed hysterically when we then realised it WAS Terry Granges Buffoons !!!

Despite Ian Arundale taking over from the disgraced cop things havent improved. Ive just caught out Professional standards over "material innacuracies AND data protection issues. In addition there is a top cop either lying through his teeth OR he doesnt know basic rules and law of investigating the unfaithful ex Chief Constable Terry Grange and this is to the IPCC who is supposed to protect us from them. When will someone with teeth stop the Welsh police at Llangunnor from perverting the truth. The book Im compiling will be filled with letters,photos and facts about Dyfed Powys police when the original book I was asked to write involved the animals at the sanctuary and the racism I suffered.

This latest debacle has Dyfed Powys police frittering away £20,000 on a few day trips to fortune tellers when a post mortem would have and did reveal that there was no petrol or bleach in the dead mans body as Carlo Assaf hung himself.I know their skills are sadly lacking but Im sure another police force could have helped them out instead of going the Mystic Meg route. The police in wales spend fortunes deflecting innocent victims claims against Dyfed Powys poor service in an effort to save their insurers a few quid and themselves their pensions and yet nothing is done to stop the shameful incidents reported in the public domain.
There should be criminal charges against certain officers for perverting the course of justice and in the above case they should pay back the £20,000 they wasted.

In 2002 Dyfed Powys had a race dept that dealt with race crime. In 2002 I tried to get help from Dyfed Powys police and was told by the WPC from Crosshands that racism in Wales didnt exist and that English and Welsh hatred wasnt classed as race hate or crime.

In 2002 Dyfed Powys shut down the race unit because it wasnt being used !!!

If victims of race crime were deliberatly being misled and not told where help could b sought then its no wonder. £20,000 would go a long way towards a proper unit where police are educated.
Its not just race crime that is avoided. I know of two people whom have lost children through negligence and the police have utterly messed up.Will Powell is one of these parents. If a complaint goes to the IPCC then they do what is caused a "harm test"
It means that unless the police get exposed in the papers then no matter what, the crimes and neglect that victims try to complain about are hidden from public view regardless of the harm caused to innocent people to protect the police and IPCC.

Two girls and a blue boy let loose with a Doughnut maker is always going to create mischief especially when the mixture is alchemised together in a moment of great achievement with memories of Harry potters spell book thrown in with the baking powder and no grown ups to intervene.

Helping was Isadore pup pretending to be Merlin's broom thoughtfully cleaning up any spills lest anyone slip over in the general chaos and mayhem that preceded high tea.
Hot Doughnuts rose in their full splendour of varying flavours including chocolate chip. The cauldron of mixture never seemed to reduce and what seemed to be a good idea became a chore to finish off before dinner. It was a cold wet day and it seemed like a good idea when I started making them with my new toy from a car boot sale.
We did however test the theory that we had been taught from our childhoods and found it to be true.

Dont eat food before dinner because you wont manage both even wih the kind help of two Great Dane's, a Wolfhound x Foxhound,Deerhound called Izzy and a little blue boy who prefers chocolate chip Doughnuts.

On a less stuffed note the Sanctuary has been amazingly busy of late with 550 chickens needing feeding and caring for plus a whole collection of prey birds that required a new abode.We have goats and a lovely Pig called Lil who is looking for a new family but Im still flummoxed with an Emu or three who will be homeless shortly.

It would be entertaining to have an Emu here to disturb our post lady Gail more than she is already by a Billy Goat called "The Bishop" does and perhaps put Rolex the Dane in his place but noooooo although certain animals can be marvelous fun to have in I will resist temptation as it will be a lot less aggravation for me.
What if it wandered off or got stolen ? Getting missing animals recorded by the buffoons at Dyfed Powys police is hard enough already but they probably wouldnt be able to spell Emu let alone find one thats missing. There is always the concern that they will presume its the puppet version and would get bitten badly by an incensed bird in the process of being assaulted.

Usually after I update my blog I get some form of harassment from a uniform nobody trying to impress his mates at Llangunnor ,dyfed powys police HQ.
Why should today be any different.
Last week someone loosened the nuts on one wheel of the discovery leaving it held by one nut. Eventually it sheared destroying the wheel but fortunately it wasn't on the motor way so a crash on a lane was survivable but still a malicious thing to do. I didn't report it as to be honest I didn't know if it was done by the race and hate gang,The drug dealer down the road or a Dyfed Powys police sympathiser. Previously I have had all the light wires chopped from underneath the Jeep and scratches carved on the bonnets.
My long standing neighbours came past upset because some lunatic had vandalised their car too. It had vile language written on it and someone had destroyed the engine by pouring a substance in. They had therefore phoned Cross hands police station to record the incidents ( we no longer expect crime solving like in the Sweeney ).

A Honda 4 by 4 Panda car turned up narrowly missing the sleeping cats that were on my property. In it sat the new village idiot passed from Carmarthen police to piss all the locals off here by being dumped in Crosshands police station.They seem to do a police photo poster which appears in shop windows with names on so if you find one you can send them back to the nick. If you can imagine Mr Bean with a blue light you can imagine the scene of cats running for their lives with someone who probably couldn't find the key to Crosshands Police bike shed but did find a set of car keys on the front desk.

As we all know Dyfed Powys Police are not too clever with Keys. After all they had a set of house Keys belonging to Terry Grange hanging in Llangunnor because a woman there still used the house and they protect their own. They got the armed response unit to destroy the windows at the back of the bungalow instead of opening the door with the keys when I was squatting in there !

PC Mike Evans was the smug new boy sent to distress and disturb me today. Given that I have PTSD after the race and hate crimes and the sheer failure to be protected by the welsh police it makes me ill er every time they have to try to intimidate me in my home. Last time I was assaulted by a police man shoving through my door. Sadly for him I was on the phone to 999 at the time and although Dyfed Powys failed to respond to 3 999 calls at least what went on was taped so he got caught. I have a letter admitting all this should any one wish to verify the facts are true.

Now given that our cars had been vandalised one would assume that Mr Bean Evans was there to investigate the car vandalising ....noooooooooo.
He asked if I had a Red Ferguson tractor.... I asked him why being some what confused and he said just answer the question. At which point he was told that unless he came up with a valid reason why I was being asked then he could shove off.

He said there had been an accident on saturday morning involving a tractor and a car.He was going to ALL the farms asking. Now having been assaulted by one of these deceitful lying lot before I'm not answering anything as usually the intention is to somehow charge me with something and for it to actually get anywhere in court. Ive been charged wrongfully with tractor theft and had it dropped and the last lot of criminal damage was laughed out of court because the police had to admit they caused the damage with ten armed response unit police.

I told Evans to shift his nice shiny Honda because he was stopping traffic and I had real stuff to get on with. He glared at me until I laughed at him then left so proving I was the only farm owner visited.His suggestion that he was visiting every farm was a blatant lie.I as far as I know was the only one.

The police must be of limited intelligence because the accident on Saturday was caused by two boys on a tractor who were helped to dispose of it at a scrap yard and the owner was named by a witness because the boys had hit a car.
So if the owner was known and the tractor was at a scrap yard why were the police wasting yet more time and resources on a wind up harassing me today ?

I was told Evans was the new boy and I assume sending dick heads round my place must be like asking imbeciles to go buy tartan paint. My neighbours are angry because the lady from Saturday had her car damaged and so far the police had done sod all apart from send an expensive four by four out to see if I would confess it was my tractor. Obviously being Fagan I send out young kids on Saturday morning to pick pockets.

Each time the police keep coming with their stupid games to torture me less people are getting crimes solved. Why cant our corrupt and idiotic Dyfed Powys police chiefs at Llangunnor get off their fat bone idle asses,stop counting their pensions and get to grips with all that has gone on. If and when the truth all comes out they know that their little Ivory towers will fall to the ground. I'm going to be standing at the bottom waiting patiently.

The following story didnt happen in Wales but if it did it would be covered up. Up and down Wales people suffer daily at the hands of racists and criminals as they do in other places. These stories only get told when someone actually dies.
Fair play to the police involved because they have accepted thier mistakes and apologised. In my case Dyfed powys still blatently lie ( For evidence Im happy to forward a letter or two and a few written laws to any interested party). Its all about saving money for the insurance company, jobs for the boys and staying in power.

Jurors found that the police's failure to respond to the family's pleas for help contributed to their deaths.

The jury criticised a failure to share information between the police and the local council as one of the reasons why they did not respond to the calls for help.

In a press conference following the verdict, Chris Eyre, Temporary Chief Constable of Leicestershire Police, said he was "extremely sorry" the force had failed to help Ms Pilkington and her daughter.

The inquest at Loughborough Town Hall heard that Ms Pilkington, her daughter and her son Anthony, a severe dyslexic, suffered more than 10 years of abuse from a gang of teenagers living in their street in Barwell, Leicestershire.

Ms Pilkington committed suicide when she set light to her family's Austin Maestro in a lay-by while she sat in the driver's seat alongside her disabled daughter Francecca.

Mr Eyre said: "We are extremely sorry that at times our actions failed to meet the family's needs and in respect of that there are things we would have done differently. I would like to offer my unreserved apologies to the family, community and wider public. We believe that everyone should be able to lead their lives free of crime and anti-social behaviour. Our job is to make sure people's safety is a reality."

He continued: "In 2007, at the time of this tragedy, we had well- established meetings and information-sharing in place but, despite this, and despite hard work and the impact of anti-social behaviour on the family, the vulnerability of the family was not picked up. We recognise that we need to have a better response to low-level anti-social behaviour." He added: "The force has made significant improvements to the way it handles complaints of anti-social behaviour in the county."

The press conference also heard from Mick Connell, from Leicestershire County Council, who led the serious case review. He said: "This has been a thorough review into very sad circumstances."

The lunatic who has this blog is the man who held captive a girl called jaycee for 18 yrs,fathered two children with her and is now facing 29 charges for crimes committed against her plus there are investigations into murdered prostitutes.

In 2006 a neighbour contacted the police and an officer went out and had a chat at the door. THREE YEARS LATER he got caught because someone with a bit of power started checking.

Its easy for criminals to avoid being caught or convicted because it would seem that here or in America its not what you know but who you know. As long as your face fits you can pretty much do as you like. How can we protect the innocent when such shoddy police work through out the world allows criminals to remain undetected even though someone was brave enough to come forward.
The criteria for joining the judiciary should be raised to an acceptable standard so there wont be room for evil people to slip through the net.

I have today received a brief letter from Maurice, along with ‘Form 256D/2 ADJUDICATION NOTICE’. During a visit, Maurice tried to give the visitor a cheque to give to a lawyer (who will not act for Maurice without payment up front). For this dastardly ‘crime’ Maurice has been punished: The sentence: 14 days ‘Cellular confinement’; 14 days denied association with other prisoners, & 21 days denied access to his ‘canteen cash’, which means he cannot purchase stamps, paper, toothpaste etc. or make telephone calls. How can Maurice prepare for his court hearing today, an application for Bail?

Hitler, Himmler, Heydrich & Co. could have not have carried out their evil without millions of other psychopaths to do their dirty work. There is no shortage of them in Britain! Irma Grese was hung for her sadistic brutality as a Nazi concentration camp guard. Oh for the day when her more subtle successors in Britain will suffer the same fate!

My friend Maurice is a capable talented man who is a firm believer in justice and truth. We have a lot in common with our love of animals and the firm belief that life is for living but not at the criminal expense of all others who happen to be in the way.
Sadly our faith and trust, which was ingrained throughout our childhoods, that those in authority should be respected and trusted has been eroded to the point of an open ulcer.
Maurice was a well thought of vet. A trustworthy family man whom you could quoth Bordeaux with at the local before watching the cricket on a warm summers afternoon.
Just like me Maurice found himself a victim of police policy. That doesn't mean he intentionly or otherwise committed an offence.It means that he was persued and bullied with the intention, that he would back down and disappear leaving wrong doers to inflict harm on others less likely to fight back.

Not many people know that there is an elite within the justice system that have an immunity to prosecution.That extends a little further until the point that hangers on, like dogs of war, who serve their masters well also share the spoils. If you cant get them into court and have them shamed then the next best thing is to identify them like poltergeists when they get YOU into court. Remembering of course that they cannot be charged themselves,they can twist the truth into a characiture of its former self. It is legal ectoplasm that drips on the innocent and haunts the whole court system, without fear of legal retribution. Its a nightmare that you can never wake up from. There are various spectres who benefit most with protected pensions, regardless of wrong doing and there are various entities that carry the evil to unsuspecting good people who believe in the truth and the good of mankind.
If you truly believe in the good of mankind, then you have to believe in the evil of mankind also as you cannot have one without the other.

Maurice Kirk has been fighting a battle against evil for some time now. He has various stuff ongoing and a matter of relevance is that over a period of time he has been harassed by little entities in police cars carrying evil on behalf of spectre's.

There are 100 little entities actually. I cant name them because despite a civil case that requires all 100 to be named so that they can be called into court and questioned by the defence, Barbara Wilding ( Chief Spector of South Wales police ) has signed an order which prohibits this happening and therefore prohibits civil action and compensation for anyone other than South Wales police in this particular case.
Now Mr Kirk is somewhat brighter than Spectres and entities and has metaphorically shoved them into ghost vaults so Ms Wilding simply waved her little wand to protect the evil entities from having to appear.

Can you imagine any court case where only one side is allowed to present its case ?

South Wales police arrested Mr Kirk for criminal damage ( This is listed on the custody record ). This was after Mr Kirk put in a bill to the police solicitors Dolmans for £150,00 6 months previously,which is rightfully his in costs because of all the cases he has won against the police previously. I gather he was allegedly arrested on the say so of Adrian Oliver who is chief spector at Dolmans after talking to the police on the 19th of June. This is what I believe to be true as told to me by Maurice Kirk and I have no reason to not believe him as I have seen Adrian Olivers name appear regularly on letters and correspondence protecting the various spectors that disembowel peoples lives.

The charges of criminal damage were dropped against Mr Kirk.

The vortex of evil rose from hell in a rage and decided to search Maurice Kirks website to keep him in some sort of legal no mans land, away from telling the truth about the 100 entities and a farcical court case.

They found a scrap WW1 replica plane on his site that was sold as that, SCRAP . It would not fly again in battle just as the remains of an old machine gun would not work. It was sold to him as such. Sadly being Maurice with an interest in planes he took a photo of it and it was on the website.
The actual plane and all parts have been scrapped so there is nothing left as far as Im aware to cause a problem to anyone.

Maurice Kirk has been locked up in the haunted castle of Cardiff prison for selling a sub machine gun !

Now it could be argued on a technicality that yes he did, but he didn't sell it for anything other than a lump of metal to be melted down. Maurice was granted unconditional bail that showed the courts view that this was no big deal and just a technicality to be argued and mulled over.

South wales police went before Judge Cooke on the the 25th June and relying on CPS 15 made up horror stories, overturned the previous judges order which meant that Maurice ended up in Jail. Maurice has had problems previously with Judge Cooke and police witnesses in another case.
At various points Maurice has been refused bail on ludicrous grounds. One of which was that he had to seek legal advice from a barrister, who would decide things on his behalf. One of these "things" was to help the justice system have Maurice sectioned under a mental health act. He doesn't actually need a barrister because in all the cases he represented himself he won and as a medical man he can spot a
ill health at twenty paces ! There have been various shenanigans involving his right to appear in court and not be silenced with the use of a tv screen on which he would appear from his cell.

Maurice Kirk took one of the few options he still had and went on a hunger strike for three weeks. He is now in the Caswell clinic in Tondu rd Cardiff in a very poor,physical state of health. He is eating food that is taken in to him by well wishers but quite rightly doesn't trust that a liquid cosh wont be added, or something that could effect his mind set or behaviour which would be ideal for the spectres and entities seeking an innocent mans down fall.
Maurice is still trustworthy Maurice ! I would be less concerned sharing a cell with him than with Terry Grange, Judge Vosper or in this case Barabara Wilding ( for some reason the Exorcist theme tune is playing in my head )
Please comment on this thread, please tell everyone. Please bang on the windows of South Wales police cars and ask when normal people will get their turn at justice.Please ask your MPs and newspapers to start looking at wrong doing in the justice system. After all they cant say it doesnt happen. Look at the MPs expenses fiasco. Who would have thought the final figure that those voted in, had away from public coffers.
Ask for help for Maurice Kirk but most of all ask for your self because one day its us and one day it will be you because you dont have to commit any crime in order to be a victim of the justice system.
My dealings with South Wales Police were equally appalling when a much loved pet pig, Trallwm farm Sanctuary owned, was shot with a shotgun through the head in the middle of the night at port Talbot by a drunk on a public foot path. It took five shots before our pet died in a pool of blood.
Despite being the legal owner of the animal, the police would not deal with my complaint and an email I sent to them was blocked. The person who did the shooting avoided arrest.

Here you are now grown enough that we can share starfish puddies through a closed car window.Nothing but cold glass between our palms but smiles warm enough to soften the huffy breath mist as we kiss the invisible barrier before your mother takes off in the big green Jeep stealing you away to buy Blueberries and milkshake before bedtime.

How you have delighted me with your ability to learn and figure out your world and all that enters it in a way that makes perfect sense to anyone creative and imaginative. Today we learnt to use a pen in order for you to write your first novel. We started to make swirls and twists that went on forever before you happily found your antique silver spoon and with a look of great accomplishment, You fed your self for the first time. Mirroring generations of little girls before you, safe in the knowledge that porridge is never permanent in angel soft blonde hair and small perfect ears.

Tomorrow you will come to the big wooden farm gate your face transfixed in delight because you will be allowed to blow warm huffy Puff's into the large old furry horse eating his breakfast in the yard, without your mother stopping you. When finished eating he will return the warm breath to you and touch your face with his whiskers while you run your fingers over him wondering if he will fit unnoticed amongst your Dinosaurs and soft toy Unicorns, that spring to life in the darkness of your bedroom. Gentle and strong as an Oak tree. whilst sweet as black molasses, this old horse would give his last hours to keep you amused and safe.

When you were born your fingers curled around an imaginary fretboard, playing chords and practicing your art, whilst honing your ability to be the next great musician to hit Glastonbury. When I am but a distant whisper in the wind that moves your blonde rock star curls, you will be on stage.

Formal complaint about judge Vospers behaviour

Sometimes people ask why I put all this stuff on this blog which is for Trallwm farm.

The answer is simple.

Its the only means of getting the truth into the public domain because those people voted in, or in positions of power use various means to stop thier shortcomings being exposed.
If you saw ex deputy PM John Prestcots shocked face when he discovered that the Metropolitan police knew that a criminal act was being committed with phone tapping by journalists but did nothing,then you get how Dyfed Powys police,plaid Cymru,ministry of justice,also do nothing.

Everybody makes mistakes,I accept that, but when there is a deliberate attempt to suppress the truth in order to save the previously mentioned people from being shown in a bad light then its blogs like this that are the only means of being able to tell the truth.

I have PTSD.

It was caused by racist abuse, assault and harrassment.
It has been magnified by the over whelming realisation that I have had no help from those that should have provided it and no protection of the law against, what have been ilegal acts. The rights of law are by my experience just for the Welsh in Wales regardless of what is done to an outsider.
At various points I tried to get help from police who told me race/hate crimes couldnt be recorded as I was English and it was only wales. They told me it was all civil and refused to stop what was happening to me. That is not what the law books say but if they just keep quiet the police can do what they like.

They did however step in when they had alleged extreme pressure put on by a plaid cymru AM on behalf of the very person who had launched a war on me. The same person whose father was cautioned for assault and racist verbal abuse on me.(Roberts shook his head to suggest it wasnt true and Vosper aknowleged it as acceptable ) Roberts father was cautioned by Sgt Anthony as he had allegedly had a small stroke and wouldnt be prosecuted if I didnt agree to a caution.

This AM was named to me by Sgt Bolton and he told me that I would never have been arrested and WRONGFULLY CHARGED had pressure not been put on by Plaid Cymru.
Plaid Cymru's means of avoiding the truth is to keep very quiet about it hoping it will not get any bigger ! I AM WILLING TO HAVE A MEETING WITH PLAID CYMRU TO DISCUSS ALL THIS !!
Now in order to prove one way or the other if Plaid Cymrus Am was involved I now have to put in a complaint to IPCC about the SGT so it then has to be investigated and I can get hold of the paperwork where by the truth can be gained. I will then publish it on here.
If you check out Plaid Cymrus previous history you will find in the newspapers various comments about "non welsh speaking" incomers affecting welsh speaking areas.
So lets be honest about what this means...If you are not welsh then ??? So as nationalist as BNP for example then ?

It becomes clear how someone complaining about an outsider buying a farm in wales would get a local in financial difficulties who hates English people lots of help.

By getting this unfair leg up the popularity stakes by agencies who blindly supported welsh against an outsider it became a doddle to get christian dogooders with nothing better to do and a formal name of FCN to then take over the support.
When you get as far as the court its easy for a judge to then look down at me as an outsider invading the life of a "hard working farmer".But its not right and you dont expect the law to give unfair advantage to someone who has caused illness with the amount of harm they have deliberately caused me. Its cruel and its added to my illness for no reason other than deliberate prejudice.

The truth is I was harrassed and racially abused and assaulted.Criminal damage was caused to the farm buildings. From the moment I arrived I was threatend and told If I handed over money I would be left alone. Calfs were left dead and dying and animals treated appallingly in an attempt to make me give in and hand over cash.
The police have admitted lack of professionism and I have even been assaulted by a policeman who tried to grab me through a door not because I have done anything wrong but simply because I got the better of them and wont stop exposing the truth
They all keep quiet but I have the paperwork which proves how many times the police have admitted they have made "mistakes".
Just writing the formal complaint about Judge Vospers part in this has made me very ill again because just writing it is re living it. Its like being back in a war zone with all the fear and anxiety of what I was put through but this time having been abused by a Judge who simply took FCNs word as well as others as gospel.
It shouldnt happen. There should be fairness and truth in court. Not a helping hand to bend the rules and make it easy for someone to mislead the court.

Our tracker shows all the MPs,Ams and law people that sneak on for a look so the RSPCA I was glad to see looking at the photos of dead and dying cattle. Having seen the RSPCAs biggest horse rescue and the fund raising to refill RSPCA coffers with the £850,000 it cost to bring this case to court and keep the horses in care.I just assume the RSPCA HQ in Horsham will be equally vigilant in protecting all animals.

Now the question is will they do anything or start to ask questions on how these animals were allowed to suffer ??? Is it that horses are a better fund raiser than cattle ? They suffer the same so why should there be a difference in care. Tim Wass at the RSPCA tells how he is proud to make a difference and Im glad. Our local inspectors are kind and thorough people but why should cattle get less welfare help than horses or dogs.

James Gray got sentenced today for the Spindles Farm Amersham horror of dead and dying horses. When will someone at the RSPCA be shocked at the sight of dead and dying cattle ?

Thank you who ever it was that drew thier attention to it. perhaps a few more people could contact them as well especially if they give large sums of money to the RSPCA to help animals and stop animal cruelty.

Expense claims by Welsh politicians/Dyfed powys police

Well where do I begin...

Am I alone in thinking that Adam price and his mates secret attempts to get fame and notoriety by getting advice on impeaching Tony Blair and then claiming the personal costs back is just not right ? They seem to have tried to quietly chance their arms in an attempt to further their own agendas. If it was a genuine political move then surely it should have been carried out and paid for by Plaid Cymru ? Surely the would be political assassins should be spending more time looking after the interests of constituents struggling to survive than focusing on self development.

Ive been to hell and back and Plaid Cymru has been no help at all.In fact I would go as far as saying they have been most unhelpful.For a party that claims to be totally against racism, I can hand on heart say that I feel they have let me down badly.
Labours Nia Griffiths has been brilliant and even Conservatives Nick Bournes office have written letters to get me the help I should be entitled to.

Actually Peter Hain ITS A SHAME THAT PEOPLE WOULD PREFER TO VOTE FOR RACISTS AND FACISTS BECAUSE THEY FEEL THEY WILL GET MORE HELP from them than those allegedly representing us already.

Now this is a personal opinion but I feel very much that the lines between BNP and Plaid Cymru are blurring. I find myself with no help with racial abuse issues from either party or even my wrongful arrest after political pressure was put on and prejudice was shown.

A lot of hard core Plaid supporters have defected because they are unhappy with the blatant campaigning towards vote catcher causes. Plaid might find that not going out on anti BNP marches waffling about racism and actually resolving issues for their constituents of ALL races may get them more votes than arrogantly predicting that no one is going to vote BNP so their seats with Plaid Cymru are safe.If ever a plan was destined to bite you on the ass this is one.

I personally loathe the BNP and especially Nick Griffin who is another person of great self interest but just because he has politicians fingers pointing at him as a scapegoat it doesn't mean he is the worst political wannabee with the least morals.
It just means he is running a party full of people who hate other people trying to catch the vote of people who feel no one else is listening to them.

Its a party of displaced angry voters who would happily abandon ship if only they had an honorable truthful party they could trust.
Its certainly the only party outsiders have been invited to so rather than stay at home alone they are mixing with people they wouldn't normally open the door to.
I include some people standing for the BNP in that !
I can see the benefit of in dependants because an independent wont have a column of spin doctors to hide behind.

Its not just Adam Price caught by the expense storm but also Helen Mary Jones who apparently feels the need to be troughing through £2020.90 worth of free meals for a year.
I wonder how many hot meals that would provide for people on low incomes and pensioners who are possibly surviving on sandwiches. In the area that Helen Mary Jones is supposed to be looking after there is a supermarket that donates all the old bread and vegetables that goes into dustbins for the animals here. Several times it has been taken by a very old pensioner before I got to collect it so he can eat.The other thing with Helen Mary Jones is the causes she picks up. Why if Plaid Cymru is a party for all people living in Wales was Jones in the newspapers animated suggesting that outsiders not be allowed to move into Porthrydd on a proposed new housing site ????? Why should people have to be welsh speakers to buy a house near Carmarthen ?????
If you feel its wrong to take a nationalistic view and to alienate people just lawfully wanting to buy a house, how are you going to argue the point when you get told that Jones is from Birmingham and IS an outsider. How convenient is that ! An outsider AND called Jones. A decoy duck if ever I saw one and someone so keen to fit in too ! Plaid Cymru should be supporting people because they LIVE here not just because they were BORN here !
Try buying bread and taking sandwiches to work like your constituents do Jones.
In fact if you go to most railway stations you will see kids begging outside. I take a young Irish boy to get food when Im in Swansea and he is hunched up tired and hungry outside. He lives in the derelict buildings behind Swansea station !
Would you just feed a kid like him with your free sandwhiches or would you ask him where he was from first ? Only he is from Ireland.
Are you all still claiming the full twelve grand for housing each year because Cardiff is so far away ? I know people who commute to London and Bristol most days because they have no option ! £12,000 would pay B and B for kids in winter !!!
Its the best thing in the world that the newspapers have published all these expenses because it has shown that people of all parties have been abusing the system as well as showing absolute disrespect for voters who trusted them enough to vote for them.

Its a time for change.

Its not all about politicians as I'm sure people will remember the £70,000 pension Terry Grange from Dyfed Powys Police fled back to Bristol with when he had been caught bang to rights fiddling and playing away.
Why do we not have a system where by all officials have to have figures published ? They can hardly complain after the MP fiasco.
Every police officer above Sgt has a bonus related pay scheme based on levels of crime. When you know that it becomes clear why a lot of crime never gets recorded because it tips them over their limit and criminals go free.

I was born feral, destined to listen and converse with my beautiful alternative family that came out of the mist and down the path underneath my bedroom window. My foxes sang songs, hundreds of years old and with one yelp expressed a conversation that was pure and held no human deception. They were exactly as their language and movements suggested and when they moved off across into ripened barley and disappeared tree by tree, lit up with sparks from the train tracks, I ached to follow them.

I witnessed in horror as people on horseback with hounds pursued them in the bitterness of winter.With furry mittens,hat and a pure wool coat I wondered why the hounds and horses betrayed their closest links to their own lost freedom. I wanted to shed all signs of being related to humans and run with rainbow hair trailing behind with war paint on my face to find my foxes and bop hounds and humans on the nose. Its all so black and white when you are 4 yrs old but the reality was that I was dragged off protesting loudly whilst surrounded by pro hunters and wearing what turned out to be a white rabbit fur hat.
I consequently spent enough time alone for the next few years that till this day I know all the words to Waterloo sunset from listening to the hand built radio in the huge kitchen.
From then it was all down hill as my beloved family of foxes were decimated and I was stuck with the humans and all their rules which made no sense and their language that spoke words that could never be relied upon. I was told to be nice to everyone but that meant of course everyone that others didn't want to hunt eat or wear on ones head.
At that early age I wanted to live up the field in a yurt with my GSD and several foxes and only come home for meals erstwhile fighting wrongs the rest of the time. I didn't know what I was but I knew that this was something that was discouraged by those in charge.

I survived my early traumas and graduated to disturbing shooting parties with my beloved pony and a dog. I could go further afield in a quest to find jungle life and escape the tyranny and blatant deception and violence of humans.
Violence being one of the deciding factors in my choice of siding with foxes. One day my dog was gone and then when I escaped tyranny for relative freedom my pony disappeared and I understood the brutality that some humans visit on others in an effort to control and bring them down to submission. Why break children ?

Sadly the damage is there like a festering bite that holds you to the back of the pack. The truth is that most people have these wounds inflicted on them and most cower into half the life they should have had. Some people learn to use it as an opportunity to fly. They laugh in the face of adversity, they thrive because so much of their imprinting was negative but if that's what you know best then there is security in that place and you return to it.

At 48 years old I'm still flying across fields with my much loved foxes only a few more animals have joined the chaos and pet jersey cows join in conversations with body language,gestures and bellowing alongside horses who turned out to be the ones I bonded with most. I'm still fighting wrongs and I can still spot cheats and liars as keenly now as ever before. I will still wear war paint and have my rainbow hair trailing because to me it represents honesty and truth that I knew was right before adults tried to convince me otherwise. I work with animals because I understand them in all their mannerisms and gestures. I understand their values and their loyalties.
Its a world I prefer to stay in because the humans that represent us all at the moment are viperous and shallow.

If anyone is to blame for BNP gaining a foothold then its you two.
Merion Bowen is a family man and I have time for him and his children who like to come and visit the animals at the sanctuary. He was the one who used to tell me to give plaid Cymru another chance to help sort out my nightmare situation caused partly by an AM taking sides.

But now he has gone over to BNP.

Why ? Because Plaid Cymru are more interested in helping themselves than the many genuine households that are asking Plaid Cymru to act on thier behalf desperate for someone to do something.Instead of holding a few banners up in front of cameras try holding a few more clinics and actually doing something .
people that are traditional middle of the road voters are defecting to a new and dangerous party. Its breeding hatred amongst communities.
I actually would get more help asking the BNP to intervene because Im white.
I wont because I believe so strongly that racism is wrong having been a victim of it.Although it might help my problems it ultimately shows support for something I cannot support.I was racially abused by a Welsh Nationalist. I watched these guys this morning on GMTV and I laughed until I realised I was crying.
Not because they were not funny but because they were and they opened up a tiny window in my soul that allowed real emotion to escape. The stuff that is so dangerous to my survival that it is never given freedom to surpass my strength and determination.
"Allah made me funny" joke about going into an airport and being spotted by security who descend upon them because of the Muhammad and Islam connection.They laugh at the Irony of racism amd being of any particular race or religion.The point being at the end of they day they are just people like everyone else regardless of anything.
I'm not Muslim and I'm not coloured so why would that reduce me to tears ?

Because I was racially abused and no one helped me. Dyfed Powys police failed me as did The Judiciary,Plaid Cymru...the list goes on.

When still in England I worked in High Wycombe in an office where often I was the only potential outsider but the reality is that I wasn't an outsider.

When I went home at night I found it difficult to cross back over into "my life" which was partly my fault because I should have opted for a credible alternative. Because we were involved in double glazing often the abuse was aimed at our chosen career instead of race but we laughed at it all, there being comrardery and safety in numbers. My lucky numbers still are today 786 which was our confirmation code for the office.I loved everyone of these people I spent so much time with because there was trust,honesty and a loyalty that Ive never found since.I could ask anything about them and they me. It was a wonderful place to be and I miss everyone of them still.

I moved to Wales as a positive move full of good intentions hating no one. What happened then is very well documented but still the emotion in me is overwhelming because as is common in race and hate its a silent crime. First you are shocked and then you feel guilty because it must be your fault for doing something to attract it.
Then you become as quiet and as small as possible holding your breath like a small child in a dark cupboard hoping a grown up will save you. we are all taught to respect authority and those higher up. Thats what keeps us victims because we wait for that essence of goodness to save us but it never comes.You wait for the "good bus" to come along because after all if you are a good person you have bought your ticket but then you realise that its not coming because the race bus overtook it and left you behind and you are unwelcome. Then you start to crumble because every value you hold is crushed not because you are in any way lacking because it makes no difference in that respect.Its because someone doesnt like you. They can commit crime and no one cares, they can even start to get support if they know the right people. Eventually they can rob you blind.
There are no scars to put on public display although there are plenty inside that take on thier own entity and pull you back down with self doubt and the agony of knowing you are totally alone along way from home.

One day you feel angry and you have the strength to get up but it takes a very long time and never will your life be the same. A racist has taken your life and you have become an inconvenience to those that should have protected you.
What life is left I really dont know because I havent got there yet but what I do know is that those that let it happen will be marked with the truth of my words forever. That is my commitment I give to anybody else who can identify with the horror that is race and hate crime.

Dear Flora,

Your little face puckered in anticipation at what may happen ,the rest of your wrinkled puppy body hid behind your brother. He being equally worried by the large bark persisting in a threatening "whose there" manner from behind the tightly closed pine door had no one to hide behind so he trembled.
This was your first introduction to me and me to you. You precariously straddled the back of the sofa trying to be brave and making sure you were the last puppy facing the Dane but the first puppy next to the door through which you had just been thrust and left, just in case you needed to hit the road alone.

You and your bigger brother were the typical purchase we as a sanctuary would expect. A young couple with a small child and a new house. A couple of pups bought so you could grow up with the kiddies and the husband wouldnt mind walking you both with your huge chunky collars studded untill there was just room for your head to poke out like a fist in a sleeve.

Education is the cheapest thing when set against the cost of a big mistake.
You knew as much as your new owners did about raising pups and children together. Your owners knew even less about puppy farmers in wales because, despite all that sanctuaries do to educate people that puppy farmers equal vermin, they were still impressed by the swish gates and expensive bungalow at the end of the long tarmac drive that led to you locked in your concrete nursery near Cardiff.
And you Flora of the universe, with your little happy expectant face actually landed on your paws that day. Despite your new family not yet being your for ever family you found the right road to them.
Your brothers fate depended on your being so appealing and when the breeder suggested a large figure for you ( as of course you could be bred from,producing more puppies that would suffer terrible pain like you did ) He also said the family could have the dog pup for free as you were both the last of an older litter and people wanted tiny pups just weaned.
Your fates were sealed and you set off with no expectations as you had just been parted from your many relatives left behind in the builders yard come puppy farm not even important enough to be one or tother.

You were not to know that childrens outstretched sticky fingers offered through bars were not to be licked in appreciation,or that a young mum wouldnt understand your need to have a wee and far worse close to the door that opened inwards.You and your brother were just babies and here you were abandoned on the back of my sofa late at night by a couple who sadly saw their mistakes too late. There you were not knowing where the room you had taken time to settle into after losing your siblings had suddenly gone. Far worse was a huge black dog howling at you.

You were too little and frightened the pair of you to stay here where little paws could get trodden on by large horses and so I found you the best place to be which was Lizzies barn sanctuary for little people just like you.
Time passed and you settled happily with your brother growing into lovely pups,happy and confident ready to reach out into your future.

Sarah fell in love with you whilst helping at Lizzies barn and you with her, The little heart on your side seemed to grow as you became bonded body and soul with your new family. You loved your walks and fun with the children and you knew your place as head dog.

One day you didnt want to get up and then one day turned to many, your hips gave you a lot of pain from where you were poorly bred, no health checks for your parents nor for you in puppy farming land. Just a quick turnover of cash was your heritage rather than the pride of informed choice breeding.

At two years old you would have reached the end of your life just as you had found the right place for you to be.

There was no question though that you really were home and that your family would take care of you so a few days ago you went off waggy tailed to a rather good surgeon who did an excellent job of your bad hips. You little dog became a very important girl as people all over the UK wished you well and willed you to get better.
So you did Flora, already you are back to being the good girl ,the happy girl,the wonderful pet that you were destined to be. Safe with the family that adores you.
You Flora have an important message to give out which will help free countless pups from misery and pain. As you get better and better you need to bark louder than you have ever barked before. Welsh puppy farms are shameful. "DONT BUY FROM PUPPY FARMS".

I have spent time gathering evidence to show what a prejudiced little coven exists and how no matter what I showed in court no one was listening anyway.
Quite why the building is known as the Swansea justice centre is beyond me. You Vosper are a judge and I should be able to expect fairness and no prejudice when you are dealing with a case. I dont feel in my case this happened. The original surveyer was struck off but still her novel of a report was what the whole case was built upon.The surveyer had already taken her untruths to Defra hearings to help her friend get subsidies he had been refused. I was convenient to blame being English and new on the block and no one questioned thier claims so neither did you. But there was a big pile of her rantings introduced as accurate evidence against me.

The "Expert charactor witnesses " had never met me nor visited Trallwm farm so they were misled but still blundered on with no true knowledge to inpart to the proceedings. you thought they made excellent witnesses although of course they never saw all the terrible things he did here.

I have in front of me the forms from Petty France London complaining about your behaviour and Ive got the appeal forms on there way from the royal courts of justice !(Update THEY ARE HERE ! ) What wonderful people the staff are there from the appeals section right through to the free advice and the libaries.

So Vosper what are you going to do ? Are you going to take this opportunity to revisit and introduce yourself to the truth ?

Ive just spoken to Julie Richards at the Appeals electorate,Welsh National assembly.
She tells me that they dont check that information given is true. If someone says they are ill then they can ask for a doctors certificate but other than that anyone can say anything, They had no idea that Shona Walker the main spokesperson had been struck off. That left Gillian Gibson and the insurance bloke from Welsh NFU PETER DAVIES simply repeating what they had been told and adding a bit without ever checking facts.I now have the insurance details for FARMERS UNION OF WALES They had no knowledge of anything themselves as they had never been here nor seen me or the cattle.Nor did they have procedures in place to check the facts.
Neither will come forward and admit what they have done even though in Gillian Gibsons (Crisis in farming) case I have written evidence which contradicts her.

I have been told to write in with relevant questions to Defra and they will reply accordingly.They were horrified that all the paperwork for the many failed attempts to get subsidies were used in court as evidence of support from them against me.

If Judge Vosper wants to see all the evidence that I have showing quite clearly in black and white then he only has to make an appointment and I shall attend Swansea court. My attention veers towards The home secretary Jacqui Smith whose husband, like husbands all over the UK do, embarrassed her in public. I wouldn't like to be in his shoes nor hers at the moment. He has been shown up as an adult movie watching husband who maybe needs a bit more fresh air and exercise whilst possibly wearing mittens at night. She however has been followed by cameras everywhere and vilified for a expense claim for her Labour government post, when it was a private expense involving her husbands "habits".

I wonder how many ministers expense claims were set fire to last week in Rayburn's and garden braziers to avoid similar finger poking and snigger's. Its a good thing that expense claims are available for public viewing as the ministers should be transparent but a terrible indictment on English morals that the expanse claims themselves are being sold for £300,000 a pop. The point is missed that no one has been scrutinising expense claims for such "items" and clearly its a possible loop hole for abuse to occur in many ways.
I am personally more interested in what the films were but maybe that says more about me than him but I do feel sorry for the wife as she has to live with him and the shame he has brought upon her.Although the claim was her responsibility.
The press were interested in keeping the story going to sell more newspapers as equally those in politics were more interested in deflecting mud from themselves unless of course they were batting on the home secretaries team and then they did what all those who have the most to lose do. THEY KEPT SCH TUM and waited for the storm to leave.

This is a time honoured tradition practiced by all those in towers of power not wishing to lose money or position and as sadly interest wains in those that say nothing the press move on to finger pointing and snickering at some one elses misfortunes.
Today there seems to be yet another story breaking although different from Jacqui Smith of Redditch constituency, this one does involve arguement and critisism of expense claims involving the public purse, Geoff Hoon the transport minister is alleged to be benefiting from a considerable amount of money that would be better spent on those that voted Labour in and so it goes on ....

How sad that the home secretary's husband unfortunate and mucky private habits made more head lines than the breaking story about how many paedophiles and other criminals get off with a caution !

The actual crimes involve child sex, conspiracy to murder, drug dealers, possession of firearms, GBH and kidnap !

These figures are available on a FOI which is the freedom of information act that means eventually people can find out the truth when its not been available by asking at front desks.

Its very simple really how it goes unoticed because those who did the deals keep SCH TUM ! We need to be asking not only the figures but who is responsible for the action of cautioning because its done by those not wishing to lose money nor position !
It comes back to life changing crimes not being recorded in a serious manner so it doesn't affect the image of how wonderful a police force come accross in the newspapers and when it comes to bonus and pension time.

I was recently assaulted by a policeman and I have witnesses to prove that. I wanted him charged but if pressure is put on to suggest that the victim will be charged with a fictional misdemeanor complete with bail conditions which gag and disrupt every day life and not the perpetrator charged with an actual crime, but it being dealt with quietly on a local basis then how can justice be done ?

It cant be but the police figures look great !

I think police bonus schemes should be scrapped and police officers of all ranks should have to sign a contract on a two yearly basis which means it would no longer be a performance related job where it becomes easy to massage the figures but more a serious commitment to upholding the law and actuating justice. It would save the country a fortune in pensions being frittered on those who have done wrong and STILL get to grab the cash.
If you don't do the job honestly and correctly and that includes a bit of good old fashioned thief taking which is sadly missing you don't keep the job nor the money !

And here I am back on to Terry Grange ex chief constable and his views on sexual predators which are also widely available on the Internet as well as the terrible figures on cautions which should be looked at and audited with utter shame but wont be because the next minister who has an embarrassing event happen in thier very private lives will be far more important than the honesty and integrity of our law enforcers.
People today in the UK feel powerless but they shouldnt. Everyone that stands up and upholds honesty and decency stands as proxy for an officer who betrayed our trust.

My letter to Terry Grange regarding race and hate crime ignored by him as the then Chief Constable of Dyfed Powys police.I was helped to write it by Taha Idris of racial equality swansea. I am still to this day waiting for a response from the police or anyone asking me if they can protect me or help in any way. These are the people policing Carmarthenshire as we speak.Is it any wonder there is a record number of murders in Llanelli this year with this sort of inadaquate policing.I will put all the other stuff on later.
Given the sudden spate of racial attacks going on in Ireland against Romanians reported in the BBC tv and radio news,Sky news "Romanians Flee Homes After Racist Attacks" and the various commnents Ive seen in papers about getting the English out of Wales racism cannot be ignored for much longer in Wales by the dyfed powys police or any other police force who may be looking to doctor the true figures.
This is what Terry Grange actually said in court
"She explained to Mr Grange the protest was not political but a complaint, claiming she was ignored by the force.
She said: "When you walked away from the force in November after relations with Lorraine Thomas and Samantha Gaynor, you left people like me who needed help.
"You never replied to my complaints," she added.

Mr Grange explained he could not reply to every letter he was sent !!!!

In the witness box Mr Grange said: “I know vaguely of [Lady] Cooper but have never had any personal dealings with her. “I think she has been involved with a group of people who are regular e-mailers to Dyfed-Powys Police. “They had a variety of names they called themselves, because other access to the force was cut off. They just changed their name.

“I think they had all been defrauded by somebody or other.

The letter is above ! And Yes Terry Grange you cut my access to safety off by ignoring 999 calls ! AND failing to respond to requests for help regarding race and hate crime.

The Police authority is equally to blame because they do everything they can to avoid investigation into this matter to keep their snouts in the public trough

Inspector Bizby and another officer came out on Thursday and asked questions. He gave me the option of the assault being dealt with locally or criminally. Ive gone for the criminal option as all this harrassment has to stop. Someone has to be honest enough to admit the police were wrong and that no one has ever looked at the evidence just been persuaded by a few politicions who never looked at what their names were being put to.

After checking that all phone calls are recorded in the DPP call centre I asked for Ian Arundale only to be told that despite having leave all last week he wasnt available today. I pointed out that I am giving Dyfed Powys a chance to correct their mistakes and Im quite happy to show them all the paperwork to prove what Im saying. So far we have a police force that wrongfully arrested me, Allowed someone to commit criminal damage and race hate crimes with no come backs.Allowed him then to use a friend to organise a report that was then given to Defra. Aided and abetted by Gillian Gibson who displays herself as a expert witness. Defra assumed they were dealing with honest people who were represented by expert witnesses. The Friend was struck off so not allowed to act as a surveyer but thats ok because Defra then became evidence and so although there is no evidence, no expert witness and the surveyers struck off, Judge Christopher Vosper of Swansea "justice" centre declared that I had a cynical view on this mans farming activities ! At all times Dyfed Powys have ignored 999 calls ,failed to record hate and race crime and done their best to deflect any mess from their back yard.

Chief constable IAN ARUNDALE of Dyfed Powys police has to either phone me this morning to explain why he doesnt get my emails or phone calls. There is the little matter of 999 calls not being responded to.Ive put either because he may choose to put a paperbag over his head and hope I will go away. If he takes this direction and control course then ALL the evidence I have will be slapped on here or any other media it will stick to. After 8 years of abuse it now stops and I get justice. That goes for Judge Christopher Vosper who will get a complaint on the ministry of justice desk this week. All they need to do is look at the evidence properly.

Chief constable Ian Arundale is apparently on leave, Carol Price was on leave till monday but is suddenly coming back in now and allegedly will respond to my email.
According to the witnessed phone call Ive just had there is no one in the office able to accept emails for the CC nor his PA nor the DCC. So if 999 calls are ignored and also emails is it acceptable to send pidgeons with notes on their legs. Im giving DYFED POWYS POLICE the opportunity to resolve this for everyone.

Professional standards are apparently throwing a letter together about last Fridays assault on me by a serving officer.I shall update you all on what they intend doing but the likelyhood is they have been conspiring with CPS to get me on something to justify me being attacked by a policeman.

HOW THEY HAVE TRIED TO FINISH ME OFF

A trilogy of life changing stuff has rocketed round the inside of my head for a week or so now and Ive thought that I must record it all on the Trallwm Farm blog.
Life is a struggle for many and I know a lot of people including me are waiting for the refund of our bank charges. Sadly I cant see this happening because a huge chunk of money has been dished out as a golden pension to, as far as I can see an undeserving ,unqualified for the job wide boy who has bagged millions and gone like a long dog.
I wonder how he got his job ? Is he a freemason or does he just work the mates system in an upmarket matesrates game. Im sure there are more people like him in the banking world and I know there are some in DYFED POWYS POLICE WORLD.

Having simply asked for the treatment that DDP claim is the every day friendly honest service given to all and finding a solid barrier of institutional racism I was confused as to why this would happen to me and the many others all wandering round in the darkness of legaldom. How could I dial 999 and be ignored, be physically assaulted ,verbally and racially abused,criminal damage rained down upon the farm and terrible animal cruelty inflicted and yet never once were certain things recorded by the police or action taken on others.

A letter that was signed for by Terry Granges PA asking for help about racism was simply ignored by the then Chief constable of Dyed powys police Now ignoring is a DPP tactic still being used today hence my updates so you can see who is in office to help victims and who is in it for themselves. Whilst ignoring race and hate crime against me they sent armed response police in to get me out of terry Granges house when I was desperate to tell the world the reality of this unfair police system.
Now as we all know Dyfed Powys police and the CPS were desperate to get me into court to silence me by convicting me of something, anything.

They failed because I have done nothing wrong ( Proven in court ). Terry Grange by now the ex chief constable of Dyfed powys police and ex of the Llangunnor ivory tower HQ when being questioned by my acting but unqualified barrister for my day in court ( ME ) smugly said that he couldnt be expected to read or deal with letters so he had passed it unread to his deputy ANDY EDWARDS to deal with. Ive never had a response to that letter so they failed to acknowledge or record race and hate crime at every point it was presented to them. Andy Edwards went as far as responding to a letter from a lovely gentleman from the local conservatives and told him he had investigated and could see no wrong doing. So now they clear themselves saving anyone else getting involved.
Given that Terry Grange is now officially found as someone who was caught sleeping with other women,misusing the police email system to authorise his lovers emails to come directly to him and misusing the force credit card to entertain women and then tried to cover it up shows to me a deceptive person quite capable of the very things he is meant to protect us from. His email headings are in the public domain and he presumably found the Carmarthenshire bull living at the hospice that had TB and was taken by Defra an amusing event to share with his lover when discussing legal force matters.

Terry Grange also featured heavily in complaints that a paedophile judge escaped prosecution because of a link with him. The claims were made by an ex wife who had links with child welfare and no matter how I rip the argument apart I cannot see any reason why someone would ruin thier own career just to spite an ex. I think she really believed in the complaint against the welsh high court judge because she fought hard the whole way despite a lot of hard core opposition.Ive experienced what the hierarchy inflict on people to stop them being heard.
There is a wonderful article in Southwales evening post about cops in crime shame 35 officers have criminal records. DYFED POWYS POLICE DID NOT RESPOND TO THE FOI REQUEST. They think they are above the law as far as I can tell How many DYFED POWYS POLICE HAVE CRIMINAL RECORDS ???????. Some have even been arrested for sex and violence crimes !
I find it astounding that when a few of us who all have legitimate claims against Dyfed powys police booked an appointment with the then head of the police authority our complaints were allowed to dissapear as fast as the £70,000 police pension Terry Grange went off with like a Pitbull with a rabbit.
We went in November and had to badger for a response in March the following year.
All claims would not be investigated because Terry Grange is no longer a serving officer. Well to be fair if you had it away on your toes with £70,000 you wouldnt want to work either !
Im constantly asked why a whole police force would be set against me and why crimes against me would not be recorded. The answer isnt some mystifying long equation but more rather an understandable greed impulse.
Dyfed Powys police force just like councils and banks have a bonus system. Keep everything sweet and you get a bung.

By asking for help with a whole series of crimes I messed up thier holiday money. By complaining about the behaviour of certain officers I stopped promotion and productivity dosh. Terry had his money but others stand to lose out. The sad part is that there are good honest coppers out there who could lose out financially if my complaints were upheld but most of the ones Ive had dealings with have friends in very high places,want more money,are very racist against the English and often belong to the free masons. Yes I know they say they dont but even thats simple to wriggle round. You dont pay your subs for that year ,you pay it a year behind or in front and then for that year you are not and never have been a freemason. Easy when you know how.

Now for any doubters consider this next bit because you can be actively involved.
On Friday 8th March 2009 I was assaulted by a man who was outside my property demanding my phone number when there was no reason at all why I needed to give it.
I dialled 999 after this person opened my gate and tried to reach me before I got inside the house.He then tried to grab me back out through the door in front of two witnesses. A neighbour had already asked him to move his car because he was blocking traffic. I made three 999 calls all of which were ignored. Even the one where they can hear me shouting for help when I was attacked.
Eventually a nice inspector came out when I started asking about the 999 calls being ignored and he was kind and helpful but its now wednesday the following week and I have still not made a statement nor been helped any further with what is yet another blatant attack against me.
My attacker is a serving police officer who wasn't even suspended. Please feel free to phone Dyfed Powys police and ask about the whole situation if you have any doubts about anything written on this blog. Im open to any questioning or interview in order to sort out what has been an eight year ordeal for me but sadly Dyfed Powys police are still more interested in their pensions than any form of justice.

Over two years ago I had to make them stop someone from accessing the police data system and using it to give out info on a housing estate just like this article in the newspapers at the moment !

"The force ( Dyfed Powys police force ) also had six cases where personal details were inappropriately accessed by staff on police computer systems over a three-year period.
This led to one employee being dismissed " Hold on ....I reported one and HE wasnt sacked !

Over a year ago I asked them to stop a similar thing happening and I can prove this but still nothing is done.I have the emails to Dyfed Powys and from. This included Sam Gainard and professional standards.

This attack on me is just one in a long line of intimidation tactics over 8 years which are all documented. No one in Dyfed Powys police has the balls to admit they made a mistake 8 years ago and to sort it out because they would then have to suffer abuse from DYFED POWYS bosses when the gravy boat ends. I would happily sign a gagging disclaimer not to speak to the press if it meant 8 missing years of my life could be left behind. This would mean Carmarthen police chiefs doing the right thing and resolving all this.The most likely reaction will be for them to try and find something that they can get into court to try again to discredit me but last time paperwork was circulated round CPS untill somone at myrthyr tydfyll was stupid enough to chance their arm and then failed in court as per usual.

You have captured the imagination of everyone who has lost someone from cancer,who has cancer or who fears it and you have lived and danced like we wish our loved ones could for just one more day.

Max Clifford has kept us all informed like we are friends and not strangers through the press association and the BBC. I notice there are still journalists desperate to capture the most readers who dig through your past with tales of your father Andrew,your mum Jackie Buddon,Jack Tweed the "criminal lover" and your reference to East Angular being abroad. (ask anyone an address in their own town and they wont know). The press must be miffed because you told the world everything in your innocent but honest Bambi way so there is nothing bad for anyone to say.

In fact you are one of the most determined and smartest people I know because you are not dying you are LIVING until the game ends because you are out of time.

Most people don't know they are born until the last nail thuds home. You have given your children not just life but a future and you have saved the lives of thousands of other women because they identify with your vulnerability and earthiness recognising a cervical smear is a very important thing to do.

You have done good in this world and I wish you much happiness and laughter. We need more people like you not less.

Bengal cats rule Suburbia

What a learning curve that hissed and spat from the cage that day. An F3 with a bulging belly full of arms ,legs and wild expectations. She had been found wide eyed and assumed to be a fox until the torch light that set off her glittered coat revealed a none too happy Pussy cat with an Asian past.

We never found why she had escaped or was abandoned but she was safe to have her kittens in the Farmhouse at Trallwm Farm and to rest up for a bit. All the time she was heavily pregnant or nursing her babies she had no interest in anything other than their welfare and she had a wonderful instinctive nature that clearly showed how motherhood would be done in the wild. She produced five mewing fur balls with spots and glitter that Cruella De-ville would remortgage for. Each Kitten was destined to be a career cat because all good Bengals need to be a super hero in their own territory and many don't get that opportunity in this fast and furious world where we have taken away the rights of wild animals in exchange for ready caught food and fences.

The famous five grew with extraordinary leaps and bounds in every sense of the much used words. They suddenly were nearly as big as their long suffering mother who became the patient butt of their many games of torturous intent. Her ears were chewed and her belly sagged with their fervent nursing. She loved them with the quiet watchfulness of a Tigress and apart from the odd slap of her long elegant paw and her quiet chirruping they remained free to terrorise the house hold
Kesari as we called her was a girl of meticulous grooming and timing.She coped with being captive by adopting a form of hunting involving left over chips smeared with Heinz tomato sauce. The chips would have to be left grazing on plains of the wooden farm house floor. She would size up enemies and distance before sloping off behind the sofa forest to organise an attack on the unsuspecting chips. It was awesome to watch a streak of freedom launch itself from behind the furniture and carry off her prey which was beheaded and swallowed before it had time to blink. Kesari would always argue and scream at food which would result in her litter of fireballs swooping from cupboards,wardrobes and under beds to help their mother catch and thrash dinner within an inch of its life.
Soon her beloved babies needed her less and she watched the world outside with renewed interest. Several times she escaped but came back smelling of freedom and the joy of life. One day I saw her walking up the lane towards the house,she stopped and sniffed the air before giving a daffodil in bloom an argument in the hedge.She turned and disappeared into a new life leaving her beloved offspring to fend for themselves trusting that their heritage would be enough. I never saw her again.

Her Beautiful babies grew to be huge spotted, Rosetted Bengal cats that rampaged and decimated trees, curtains and the rat population. I had a friend with a dairy farm who agreed to take and love the whole litter. Somewhere where the mountains were safe enough for a few boys and girls to dream wild cat dreams and to play in streams,climb the backs of Jersey Cows and still be home in time for dinner. Somewhere no crimes could be committed and human captive rules broken by unsuspecting Bengals out on a charabanc.

I often wonder what happened to Kesari. I like to think that she never became a prisoner of humanity, trapped in a brick cage with words she couldn't understand and punishments that broke her spirit.I hope she lived her life hunting, sniffing the air, batting daffodils and finding the odd chip that in her mind was a antelope. I hope she never went without Heinz sauce but most of all I hope she remained free in her own space with her own dreams just like all Bengals should if their humans understand them.
Since Kesari bounded into our life and out again, we have had many Bengal casualties here. Refuges from a world they dont understand and from enclosed space that you wouldnt swing any cat from let alone a Bengal. Time and knowlege has moved onwards and we are lucky enough to have a Bengal cat expert called Debbie Connolly who translates for sad Bengals,smooths neighbourhood spats,and works out ground rules for desperate owners of these beautiful unique beings.
Most of all she is a friend to them who understands all things important to thier little souls. She saves them from disaster and helps them negotiate a new way that human restiction can cope with, but little hearts with big cat dreams can still live to fight another day for.

Peanut allergy breakthrough Trallwm Farm research

What an opportunity lost this was for anyone enterprising enough to have a peanut mountain stashed.
The 1st step is to start a peanut scare which stops anyone gullible enough eating peanuts when pregnant. Now anyone with common sense understands that if you have never had access to something then you are going to have a reaction to it. Children should have the chance to experience as wide a variety as possible of tastes textures and types. It establishes positive principles in as many ways as possible. That's nature and as much as humans fight her she knows best.
The next bit of this saga is you wait a few years until everyone takes it as gospel that children and peanuts should not be in the same county and then suddenly...

Piff, paff ,poff

Some one magically pulls out of the hat ....no not a rabbit but a miracle of modern science.

Lets very quietly assume that all that research money has gone towards back tracking against government advice which wasn't right in the first place and that IF YOU FEED KIDS PEANUTS THEIR BODY ACCEPTS THEM !!!

According to the statements glossing our computers and newspapers this new fangled product that will save our children from anaphylactic shock is amazing in its chemical make up.

I bet Asda,Salisbury's,Tescos down the road from these research and treatment centres must be coining it in with as much glee as the light bulb fiasco.

With the help of a coffee or flour grinder we have a lucrative market that will appeal to many allergic Tristan's parents as well as the more bobby basic Dwayne's foster carers.
We can opt for tescos basic range to Harrods in a tin. Chocolate covered for birthdays and Christmas and smoky bacon flavoured for early morning appointments.
If I had a peanut allergy thanks to an overpaid and under educated government official I would now be forming a group to sue them. After all we are unlikely to get our bank charges back now because they have to pay themselves bonuses whilst claiming poverty and some banks will be government property by the end of the year.

Sadness has overwhelmed me this week and part of that was an icy kick inside my heart when I read that Jades cancer had spread.

How Jade used to annoy me when she first joined the rest of the world chasing the lime light and trying hard to fit in. How angry was I when the comments were made about racism. Her introduction to tv was after all self inflicted and therefore she made herself a fair target in my eyes.

How much my opinion changed on her when she got back up and apologised but put the world straight on what was said. She didn't squirm ,lie or back down. I saw a truthful person who tries hard to do the right thing.

I watched her show out of morbid but genuine interest and saw how much she has grown as a person and how she has genuine interest in others.I had laughed at her innocence once but could now see what a wonderful gift she has for seeping into peoples hearts and leaving a desire to wish her and others well. What a great ambassador she will be for the cancer charities,cancer sufferers and for fund raising to rid the world of this terrible affliction that cancer is.
She has carved herself a new role as a latter day hero without meaning to be one which to be fair is how Jade has lived her life and that is why people warm to her. She never plotted or planned to get the life she had so no one begrudges that she fell on her feet.

I wish her well in her fight for life. If there is anyone that could survive it through sheer determination its Jade and if there are any two boys that are lucky to have the tiger of a mother they have its her boys. She has taught them the value of life and that's an education worth having.
The tragedy is that she barely survived her own childhood but built a future for her sons and now she is faced with barely surviving her adulthood when she should be enjoying all she has worked hard for with her much loved children.

Ive never tried cosmic ordering but if I get the hang of it I will ask that a chunk of it comes to you Jade when I'm asking for big bales for the cows and a bit of justice. That Max Clifford and his team come across as trustworthy and loyal people to have around you
I hope you live to enjoy the fruits of your hard work Jade and I hope the tiger in you refuses to leave your boys for a very long time yet

The worst news possible is that Jades illness is now terminal but look at the magic that is being given to Jade.

You find out who the good guys are in the end and I would rather have the loyalty of these people than anything else in the world. Shame on all those people who have been vile in print to Jade Goody just to make a fast buck. Well done Mr Al-Fayed for helping to make Jades last days as good as possible.

Such trying times

We are marooned in a snow filled cocoon on top of a mountainous range and I probably listen to the news more than I would normally. I would like to put a bigger fence up between me and the rest of the world but I would probably need planning permission from Carmarthen council and Dyfed Powys police armed response unit would make large gaping holes in it whilst blaming someone else.
Im filled with sadness at events unfurling in a turbulent world. No one goes unscathed and unharmed. The devil is indeed winning according to my good friend who would know as she is a vicar.

Parts of Australia burn because of a few people who have taken the rights of others away.Children have died a terrible death, adults are missing,farmers are shooting thier animals because they know that they cannot get them all to safety. Pain is etched on faces as vividly as the soot and tears.
In England and the USA families have been blown apart by the dissapearance of life as they know it for various reasons.The tragedy of a baby killed by two pet dogs who unwittingly played with the child in wales.Nationally homes are being taken away,careers lost, normality suddenly has a different meaning than it did this time last year. Not everyone is as capable at surviving and so they dont. they drift as lost souls in a downward spiral never complaining untill their voices are lost forever.

This cannot just be bad luck or fate. These events happen because someone somewhere caused it to or allowed it to. The next generation has to wise up to the fact that what we took as freedom and our financial right has left us with a legacy of deranged kids and an inability to live without credit. A disaffection for creating something out of nothing and taking pride in it.A lack of gumption,humility and common sense.
The only thing the human race has gained through evolution is stupidity and the freemasons. Neither are good for anyones future.

We are snowed in and need feed desperately to feed the animals

Cold means we use a lot more bedding and food than usual and stocks are now almost gone. Letter to My Granddaughter

Ive had so many lucky escapes in my life that I'm qualified to see you through your life without almost any harm befalling you.
Most of my escapes have involved feckless young men who would put their own nuts through a mincer if they could get cash and fame out of me. The last was the final one.

That was the luckiest escape of all.

Im so lucky to have the freedom and ability to show you the wonderful things that life has to offer you and just you. The world is changing back towards a good place with Barack Obama in situ. Lets hope Plaid cymru,Labour and anyone else that inflict division on normal people wander into the wilderness.

I want to teach you to stencil a huge design across the floor, walls and ceiling of your room.
It will teach you that where there is life there is a start and a finish. In the middle can be wondrous, beautiful and dangerous but it will be better for all the effort you put in. Life never ends, its a circle. Every day is the first day of the rest of your life. Think from your head if you intend giving one of your days to someone who you know is unworthy of you. You cannot ask for it back like a book.
All you do and all you see in your life will have been done a thousand times before but when you do it your mother and I will think you do it better than anyone else ever.

Im afraid you are destined to be a writer,musician or artist of some sort.
Sorry about that but if you trace our family back you will find that not only did we own the buildings but also we painted the art work in it. We made the music or spread our emotion for all to see in tangible and audible ways much to the chagrin of our sensible relatives. it cost us relationships,huge estates and sleepness nights. Your pedigree shows quite clearly the musicians,artists and writers who created works of art but also a sharpness of mind involving forensic science right through to castle dwellers and club nocturnes.Enjoy your destiny or it will all be worthless. Make sure you create a history of your own for your daughter to be ashamed of and your grand daughter to aspire to.

So far in your life we have had days out with the armed response unit and watched with great disdain men who have no credibility and even less honesty. Remember in life you have to fight for the truth and what is right even when those whom are paid to do just that dont. You will be strong but you should always help others who don't have your capabilities.
Never marry a policeman darling. Its not nice and I never want you to be lied too or abused by anyone. Avoid freemasons. Its just like scouts only the scouts dont have to roll up trouserlegs and obviously they get rewarded for doing good deeds.

Be free to fly through life and resist the call of those who would cage you. They don't have the magic you do they will try to capture the essence of your soul. don't let your life pass you by so another can see the world through you.
You already have an affinity with the animals,you adore Rolex the Dane and the goats quite happily cradle you in their soft hair. Ferguson blew warm breathe onto your face to your delight and you stared into each others eyes in a private moment of huge horse meets tiny person.

Learn all they have to teach you because never will you meet a dishonest animal.

I feel I have a responsibility towards your music education as I obviously failed with my daughter,your mother.
I never realised until today that she actually knows all the words to a take that song.
I want to take you to Ibiza or be able to show you how cool Stonehenge was with paint ponies and native Americans wading through rivers of people all wanting to believe they would live forever aged 21.
We can make a tee pee in the woods and pretend if your mother wont let us run away together.

We will sleep upon bracken and Rolex will be your pillow,Bojangles your quilt whilst Isadore will listen for wolves and feckless young men eager to spoil your dreams.
Deer hound hair is the softest thing next to angels dust since they both are made in heaven and you will never feel the cold while we keep you safe.
We can eat sherbet until our tongues swell and then drink from the stream just to frighten your mother. Please don't actually turn fluorescent green just to spite your mothers fear of nature.

I want to write a book with you and for you of things "I did with Grandma". I think it may be safest to hold off publication until you have your own Grandchildren so your mother doesn't find out the things we will do and then it will be too late for retribution. I have so many things to show you and teach you how to do.
Your spirit will find its wings and soar one day. I will guarantee your freedom for that to happen.

December Storms bring winds of change

Here we are not far from Christmas day and its a beautiful sunny afternoon.Im sure its natures gift to remind us all that no matter how bleak or desperate it all seems some day the sun will shine again.
All the horses and cattle are in because although its not cold in the daytime the rain is torrential. It never seems to end and last night was no exception. A house at the end of the road had a chip pan fire yesterdy evening and I was asked to attend to help move animals. In the end 3 fire engines quickly averted disaster and saved the day but we were all drenched just getting from cars into the house.

Everyone is doing well and we have some lovely deserving horses waiting for loving families to adopt them. I loaned a long timer out to a riding instructor today who wants to ride him side saddle as she has a medical condition. As a typical bone idol pony he was quite put out that he was asked to walk to the end of the road and back but he quite liked her no nonsense approach and I think they will have a long and happy life together.

We have some wonderful bigger horses in whom, through no fault of thier own are homeless and needing experienced homes. As always we are stretched with feeding as we usually put four big bales out at all times. I pray to god someone kind donates some this year. We now have a roof on the barn so just need breeze blocks to seperate into loose boxes. We do get very sick horses in that need to have a stable close by the front door so I can be with them with them in seconds in an emergency. Often old horses need a bit of extra care too with keeping weight on so a warm snug stable makes all the difference.
Exhaustion is a big problem for us humans as you cannot just not put bales out or feed the dogs or Turkeys because you feel like hiding under the bed. Its sheer hard work with more animals coming into rescue this year and I often lie awake at night worrying. There is a lot to worry about but there are good honest people out there who help us.Sometimes they bring in rugs to keep the horses warm and food to feed them. There are several people who have bequested money to us for the future which will protect the interests of the animals.
We also have some wonderful loaners of our animals and there is nothing better than knowing horses or livestock are going to have a happy future with someone.
As regular readers know I have battled against the odds since being here with no help
from the police or Plaid Cymru or Labour or conservatives. In fact the police have done everything to discredit me because they failed to protect me and dont want the truth to come out. Its a terrible thing when you simply run an animal sanctuary to be racially abused and then have the police do thier upmost to distance themselves from thier failure to protect us.
You find out that all those in positions of infuence are simply there to feather thier own nests and have little concern for others.
Ive survived all that has been thrown at me and will continue to seek justice so I can then carry on rescue work and help the animals in my care to find a future.

I have removed this because I was reminded by a friend that not all people are bad but simply follow their leanings as a minority and we have to agree to disagree. .
I have been reminded that people are aware that there are some people who are corrupt but will be corrupt regardless of which group they are attached to. There is a common purpose of corruptness which infiltrates things that started out with good intentions.
My anger towards BNP on a personal level is that I suffered race and hate crime and the BNP put it on their website without my permission. This made people have the perception that I may be racist and I am not. I am the victim of it.

We have recently shifted from Blackfoot hosting whom are expensive to 123reg.
We tried to shift last year but Blackfoot held us ransom with the forums.
This time we have asked for the forum files and so far they have just ummed and ahhed.
We are in the process of completing a new Trallwm farm sanctuary forum with bits that actually work !!! so if Blackfoot dont want to do the decent thing then shame on them !
We have a counter on here so we can see where people have dropped in from and it appears staff have time to look at this blog but not to help an animal sanctuary whose list of animals needing a home is on a forum they have the files of.Nor to get files from a forum and site they have hosted for about five years.

Im very pleased to see Mr Martin James whom has had the most terrible time has been proved to be innocent and to be the one telling the truth. You will notice in the background is a serving member of the armed response unit in dyfed powys police showing his colours .Good to see our rates are being spent in the usual manner of abusing innocent people. In the Lady Lesley Cooper / Terry Grange case armed response unit police used heavy handed tactics and I believe there is a 3rd case in the news this week where one of the "fire arms" officers was actually convicted and allowed to keep his job. How does one tell who are the criminals now days ?

Disabled man cleared of Pc attack

A disabled man has been cleared of hitting a police officer in a row about how a police van was parked.

Martin James, 47, from Carmarthen, in west Wales, had called the press to photograph a police van he said was causing an obstruction near his home.

He was cleared of a public order offence and assaulting a police constable at Carmarthen police station.

Magistrates in Llanelli said Mr James was "reacting" to being lifted out of his wheelchair by three officers.

During the trial, magistrates heard Mr James was having his photo taken for a local newspaper next to a police van when the row started and led to his arrest.

Mr James, who lived in a nearby street, had contacted the paper to complain about the way the van was parked in the cul-de-sac.

Prosecuting, David Haines said at around 1500 on 19 May, an off-duty officer was returning to his house in the Llangunnor area.

He noticed Mr James near to the police van and a photographer from the Carmarthen Journal taking his picture.

When the officer approached him and asked what he was doing, Mr James became "abusive and very agitated," said Mr Haines.

The van belonged to another off-duty officer, Andrew Edwards, a police dog handler, who lived in the cul-de-sac. Pc Edwards was called and around the same time, a CID officer, who was passing, also stopped.

Pc Edwards told the court the van was parked at the top of his drive, with two wheels on the pavement, which was on a private road, maintained by himself and his neighbours.

Martin James said he was angry at the way he had been treated

He told the court that Mr James became abusive before officers restrained him, lifted him out of his wheelchair and put him in the back of the police van.

But Mr James told the court his arms were "wrenched" behind his back and he was "thrown" into the van.

"I was screaming in pain," he said.

"They treated me worse than an animal - they just threw me into the police van onto the floor."

He accepted he "accidentally" made contact with an officer but denied assaulting him.

Peaceful manner

The court heard Mr James has hydrocephalus - water on the brain - due to smallpox vaccine damage he suffered when around six months old.

Delivering their verdict, the magistrates found that up until the off duty officers intervened, Mr James was acting in a peaceful manner.

Chair of the bench, Margaret Davies said: "We are of the opinion that Mr James's behaviour was a reaction to the restraint procedure, the pain, and the fact he felt he was being treated with disrespect by the three officers when he was lifted out of his wheelchair and onto the floor of the police van."

Turning to the allegation of assault, Ms Davies said they again found the case unproven.

She said: "We have viewed the CCTV camera (footage) several times, we cannot say that the contact was intentional."

Speaking after the verdict, Mr James said: "I'm exceptionally pleased. In my opinion, it should never have gone to court. The police dog van was obstructing the pavement."

He said he was still angry at the way he was treated.

"I hope that they (the police) have learnt a lesson but I doubt that very much."

A spokesman for Dyfed-Powys Police said: "A complaint has been received and an investigation is ongoing - therefore it would be inappropriate to comment further at this time."

Preferential treatment yet again

Nothing would give me more pleasure than never having ever to think about or write about DPP or the legal system.This being dependant upon the good old fashioned honest justice system in Dyfed Powys police area but it just doesn't happen when you are English, female, got more balls than them.

Last night Kyra had her cars keys snatched from her hand and her car stolen with my six month granddaughter in. The car was driven at speed down several roads before the baby was removed by the perp who had been drinking vodka.
My daughter was threatened and abused before she managed to get her baby back.

Someone who witnessed this called 999 and I'm pleased to say that on this occasion police arrived promptly and arrested the perp.The two officers who were kind courteous and actually did an unbiased job very well and were here until nearly 2am taking statements etc. Another witness who very nearly got hit by the car also made a statement we were told. Soco attended this morning and took photos of my daughters injuries and finger printed the car steering wheel to prove who the drunk driver was.
We were told that the possible charges were serious and likely to involve TWOC, aduction,robbery,drunk driving.I was asked if I wanted bail conditions to include Trallwm Farm just in case of intimidation.

this afternoon the perp was released on UNCONDITIONAL police bail so he is free to do and go where he pleases. I phoned to speak to Det Sgt Lewis at Ammanford who had imparted this info to my daughter but he said he wasnt talking to me ( THE CAR IS REGISTERED TO ME AND INSURED BY ME ) This seems to be standard practice by DPP.
I asked for Duty inspector N Jones to phone me within half an hour as they tried the usual avoidance tactics. He DID actually phone me but said that because there WAS NO EVIDENCE to put before CPS then the police bail could not include bail conditions.

So.............the bail conditions given by the same custody lot at Carmarthen police station to Myself ,Kyra and Meirion because I squatted in Terry Granges house didnt include that I couldnt go to any police station in DPP area nor near anyone connected with DPP past or present,nor near Terry Grange,Samantha Gainard or the estate agent ? And they were not inflicted on us the 1st day and they never had to tout around CPS offices for some one gullible enough to join in then after London CPS refused twice to make a decision in thier favour and Carmarthen CPS once ?

Preferential or prejudicial treatment yet again ?
nooo of course not.

Kyra has had to leave the country in order to be safe with her daughter and IPCC here I come again !!! You couldnt make it up could you.

A dog for all seasons

Monster was still with us for what was to be his last Christmas although we didn't know it. He munched on all the things that are said to be bad for dogs but it didn’t matter He was a very old and huge Black German shepherd that was supposed to be put to sleep years before but wouldn’t quit. He was very loved and had overcome extreme cruelty to end his days living in comfort at Trallwm Farm animal sanctuary.
Winter came and went with swirls of snow and ice lacing the fields in which he loved to walk before summer slowed him to a halt. In August it was time for him to go to Rainbow bridge and he left us with broken hearts knowing that never again would there be a Monster like our Monster the head farm dog.

Time passed and we walked through the Welsh livestock market with heavy hearts. There were birds in cages for sale, shivering till their feathers could fluff no warmer and they would await their fate. And puppies in the back of pickups being offered up to thoughtless women who cooed and ahhed at them before parting with cash quicker than they would have for a bag of chips before discarding them as unwanted to the next person who could be persuaded to coo and ahh for a brief moment of time.
I complained to the auction office several times before loudly asking if they had a licence to sell small animals. The auctioneer swept off round the car park directing people to leave the premises before “She” caused trouble. One litter of puppies were so beautifully marked but so tiny that they couldn’t fail to have captured attention and I thought maybe that at least they would have homes to go to instead of freezing in the back of a pickup, that being the lesser of two evils.

The phone rang on a Sunday and a woman asked if I could take in. “She was pregnant, animals bought on a whim, made a mistake, had to go today”, all the jumbled words that we hear usually for horses coming in but instead this was two puppies with beautiful markings that were no longer wanted.
They arrived in a transit van and the people had tried to care for them to the best of their ability but the eyes that stared out of the big box were no different to the first time I had seen them. I knew that if I didn’t take them then they wouldn’t have a life but would be passed over for pound notes until the fateful day that they would meet the person who could afford a vet to dispose of them.
The little whippet Cream girl with a haze of Dark grey I called Snozzle and a voice just told me that the other, Bo jangles had just arrived home. The puppies were barely 10 weeks old but if their heritage was as described then they should be bigger and stronger.
The girl took after the whippet side of a “Long dog” but Bo jangles, definitely took after the Deerhound side of the family .I started them on a better diet and suddenly they could reach worktops and other inconvenient places in the kitchen. It also became apparent that Snozzle might well have been the result of an opportunist Whippet but Bo jangles parents were probably the same height and breed and therefore more likely pure Deerhound.
Snozzle went off to her new family and as much as I thought about homing Bo when he lay in our arms, laps and halfway across the sofa it was hard to tell him we were not his family and he our dog for life. It became harder as he developed habits that were already familiar to us.
Monster was always terrified of the open stairs in case an unseen hand pushed him to his fate. Bojangles also clings to the wall looking for an assailant. Monster liked the human bed but didn’t like the softness underneath him unless he was under the Duvet, guess where Jangles favours? They share strangeness in food with Monster liking sweet drinks and Jangles already stealing Cherry Brandy from unattended glasses, With the livestock, no cockerel claims victory from either dog’s paws. After all flapping chickens are fun but all other livestock is to be protected at all costs
The overwhelming presence is identical. Both dogs being HUGE, with dark swarthy features that smile down, on all other beings safe in the knowledge that all is well in their world. Both staying close as a family member can be without actually wearing the Wellingtons too.
As each day passes whoever this interloper is, he fits into the shoes of an old character with symmetry and its hard to see, while the shared spirit runs free on the mountain, where the old dog ends and the new dog starts. The dislikes too are remarkable. Monsters great Foe was Buster another GSD here. When Buster was a puppy Monster disliked him and would steal his toys and intimidates him to the point that they were kept away from each other in adult hood as Buster was big enough for revenge. Both liked other dogs and animals. On first meeting Jangles, Busters hackles went up in recognition and he will not go near him now without growling. Jangles treats Buster with no respect at all and will sit as close as he can with that old lopsided smile of quiet puppy intimidation whilst stealing the toys.
Whatever the truth a little of the old magic returned to our lives with the whispers and essence of a life past and a life just starting on its way as head farm dog at Trallwm Farm Animal Sanctuary.

It must be easy for those visiting the Trallwm farm blog to think of me not as someone who runs an animal sanctuary but someone who just caught Dyfed Powys police out fair and square. Whilst both facts are true one has far more importance to me at least.
On a day to day basis I am asked to help with countless cases of animal welfare. Presently I am trying to help two different sanctuaries as well as individual people. Good sanctuaries work together and just like the general public that contact us for help we all do our best for each other and the favour gets returned in due course.
The credit crunch has certainly made a difference and the sheer volume of animals needing help has rocketed. We have recently saved two litters of kittens that had been attacked by predator unknown whilst all were living rough. Several kittens were not lucky enough and were killed but the rest are now in a position to live a long and happy life.
We take in horses on an almost daily basis and rehome only to suitable homes where each animal has the chance of a future.Cows we have a whole herd of that ebbs and flows.My jerseys all came in at 2 days old having been saved from the hunt killing them. We have helped 300 chickens this year alone and helped move countless dogs to safety.
All this has priority to fighting the battle against Dyfed Powys police and their blatant attempts at silencing me telling the truth on how they supported a racist thug who killed animals. ( I have photos to prove this and the thug admitted they were his animals in court )This week starts the investigation by professional standards into all the issues. Into wrongful arrest,not recording hate and race crime,blatant lies in some cases. There is a whole pile of stuff to be looked into.
Meantime the animals all need feeding and protecting. Each animal here ideally I want to be free to live as natural life as is possible,to have the right to roam and be free, to have shelter and to be able to display normal, natural behaviour.I look at them all and realise that they are way above most humans in lifes order. They dont lie,cheat or harm anyone. I know where I prefer to be.

I have removed this because I was reminded by a friend that not all masons are bad. Some really do go into it to help charities and do something worthwhile.
I have been reminded that people are aware that there are some people who are corrupt but will be corrupt regardless of which group they are attached to. Their is a common purpose of corruptness which infiltrates things that started out as good because sadly their are a minority that simply look to drain good out of everything in order to help themselves.
I have at least two friends in the masons who are horrified at what I have been put through. I would like to think that eventually more will be charitable towards others and stand up for the goodness that was intended in the first place when they joined the freemasons.

Rise in complaints against police

The IPCC received 28,963 police complaints in the last financial year
Dyfed-Powys Police has recorded the second highest percentage increase in England and Wales for the number of public complaints received against it.

The force saw a 53% rise in complaints from 2006/7 to 2007/8 which in real terms saw complaints rise from 188 to 287 across the period.

The nation's Gwent, North Wales and South Wales forces saw respective 14%, 9% and 12% increases.

Dyfed-Powys said it welcomed complaints and expected to be held to account.

Each year a number of complaints are made by members of the public about the conduct of serving police officers and these are handed on to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) at the end of each financial year.

The allegations range in gravity from impoliteness through to allegations of assault against officers and are compiled by the IPCC in its annual Police Complaints report.

For the year ending 31 March 2008 the organisation recorded 28,963 complaints against English and Welsh forces representing virtually no change on the previous year's figures. It is fair to say that most police officers and staff do their best to provide the highest quality of service in what sometimes can be very difficult and challenging circumstances

Of these cases, 63% were completed with the remaining 37% classed ongoing with a majority of a majority of forces, 24 out of 43, seeing a decrease in the number of complaints recorded recorded against them.

The biggest increase in the number of complaints was seen by Sussex Police which saw an 81% increase working out to a 346 rise in the actual number of complaints.

The IPCC has been handed the task of increasing public confidence in the complaint systems by aiming to make investigations more open, timely, proportionate and fair.

In a statement Dyfed-Powys Police pointed to this as a reason behind the increase in the number of complaints against it saying the rise was evidence of public confidence in the complaints system.

It outlined that when put in context the rise in numbers worked out to being just short of an additional two cases per week and that the average number of allegations attached to each case was 1.7 which was consistent with the national average.

It also pointed out that as a region it handled around 200,000 calls for assistance each year and that the total number of complaint allegations against it totalled 507.

'Police confidence'

"Such increases are acknowledged as a potential indication of public confidence in the complaints system in that the public are confident that when reporting allegations of wrongdoing by police officers and staff, they will be recorded and dealt with appropriately," explained the force.

"It is fair to say that most police officers and staff do their best to provide the highest quality of service in what sometimes can be very difficult and challenging circumstances. Inevitably there will be occasions where we do not always get it right.

"We welcome comments and complaints from members of the public, and as a public service we expect to be held to account. We endeavour to learn lessons from cases whether this be on an individual or organisational basis."

The Gwent and South Wales forces responded in similar fashion outlining their own beliefs that the rise in complaints was a reflection of the increased public confidence in the police complaints system.

IPCC chair Nick Hardwick added: "Clearly the public continues to feel greater confidence in the complaints process."

Women cleared of Grange trespass

The Coopers were cleared of all charges laid against them.
A mother and daughter who occupied the home of Dyfed-Powys' former chief constable Terry Grange during a protest have been cleared of trespass.

Lady Lesley Cooper of Bancffosfelin and Kyra Cooper, 26, of Tumble were also found not guilty of criminal damage by magistrates in Carmarthen.

Lady Copper claimed squatters' rights after being let in by an estate agent.

Magistrates ruled police who asked her to leave were not acting with Mr Grange's direct authority.

Magistrates heard that using her sister's name Lady Cooper, 48, arranged a viewing of the property at Meinciau in the Gwendraeth Valley on 26 April this year.

Mr Grange had put it up for sale after retiring from the force last November following allegations he misused a work computer and a corporate credit card.

While estate agent Martin Richards was outside Lady Cooper locked herself, her daughter and 11-day-old granddaughter in the property.

Kyra Cooper told the court she had no idea what her mother was planning but once inside did not want to leave her alone.

Officers were called to the home of the former police chief in April.

Lady Cooper told Mr Richards through the letter box: "We are claiming squatters' rights - please call the police."

She then dragged a piece of wooden furniture to block the front door.

Lady Cooper told the court she acted out of "utter desperation" borne out of an alleged six-year dispute she was involved in with a tenant.

She claimed Mr Grange and the force had refused to record or investigate "race and hate crimes" she alleged were committed against her.

Lady Cooper said she had taken enough food and drink inside Mr Grange's house to last three days.

Mr Richards injured his wrist as he attempted to re-enter the house when it was caught in a door.

But magistrates cleared Kyra Cooper of a separate charge of assault as she told the court she feared for her safety as he had become "annoyed" and "aggressive" and she had not realised his arm was in the way as she pushed the door.

Police were called and after two hours an armed response unit smashed the rear patio windows to gain access.

Both women were arrested and taken to Carmarthen police station.

Former chief constable Terry Grange had put the house up for sale

Appearing on behalf of Kyra Cooper, Carina Hughes said officers "over-reacted".

She said police were in possession of a full set of keys and could simply have unlocked the back door.

"If the police had exercised sheer common sense and used the key that was in their possession for the back door there would not have been any damage," she said.

The women had said they were invited into the house by the estate agent so were not trespassing.

The magistrates accepted their argument that police who asked them to leave were not acting with the direct authority of the home owner - Mr Grange - as they had not spoken to him at that stage.

Speaking after they were cleared Kyra Cooper said: "If Dyfed-Powys Police and Terry Grange had helped my mother we would not be here today."

A tearful Lady Cooper said: "They have tried to discredit me. It [the protest] was the only means I had of getting the world to know."

Asked with hindsight if she would do anything differently she replied: "Take more sandwiches."

A CHEATING chief constable abused his position to keep a secret mistress, a damning report revealed yesterday.
Police watchdogs said married dad-of-three Terry Grange:

SENT sexually explicit and “politically sensitive” emails to his lover from his office computer.

WINED and dined her using his force credit card.

MISSED official meetings to spend time with her.

STAYED with her in London hotel rooms paid for by his force.

BOUGHT booze on his police Barclaycard, and DOUBLE-claimed expenses.

Mr Grange, 59, dramatically quit the Dyfed-Powys force in November after admitting he had allowed his private life to interfere with his professional role.

His resignation came as the Independent Police Complaints Commission launched a probe into his nine-month affair with the mystery woman, known as Ms A.

She filed a complaint about his behaviour when their romance turned sour. And she provided details of 68 “liaisons” she had with him between November 2006 and August 2007.

Firewall

The IPCC report told how Mr Grange – a copper for more than 30 years – even visited his force’s IT department to make sure Ms A’s email responses got through their security firewall.

And he was accompanied by his mistress at force functions “three or four times” while his wife Elaine was at home.

At the time Mr Grange was spokesman on personal crime for the Association of Chief Police Officers.

Ms A, thought to be a London businesswoman, told the IPCC she spent “the best part of each week” with him – either in the capital or Carmarthen, where he was based.

All the time Elaine was living more than 150 miles away near Bristol, where Mr Grange used to work.

The mistress also revealed she received 102 emails from the top cop’s police computer, with titles including “Re visits to Wales” and “Irish sausages”.

The Crown Prosecution Service has ruled out any criminal action. And Mr Grange will also escape disciplinary procedures as he has already quit.

But IPCC Commissioner for Wales Tom Davies said: “This is a sad end to a distinguished career.”

Review of judge sex abuse inquiry ordered after ex-wife's complaintNick Davies The Guardian, Tuesday September 16 2008 Article historyPolice have been ordered to review their handling of the case of a judge accused of sexually abusing young children after claims that they failed adequately to investigate him because he was a friend of the chief constable.

The judge, who for legal reasons can be named only as Judge X, has been accused by his former wife of abusing children as young as 18 months of age, giving one of them a sexually transmitted infection; downloading child pornography on his computer; and using the transcripts of trials involving sexual offences for his personal gratification. The judge has denied all the allegations.

The former wife's allegations in June 2006 were referred by social services to Dyfed Powys police, who investigated and concluded that they were baseless. The judge's former wife then complained that the investigation had been inadequate and had the appearance of bias because, she claimed, Judge X was a friend of the then chief constable of Dyfed Powys, Terry Grange, a claim which Grange has denied.

Now a review by the Independent Police Complaints Commission has ordered Dyfed Powys police to reconsider the former wife's complaint about the weakness of their investigation. In a summary report the IPCC's case officer comments on the rejection of her complaint: "I fail to see how the findings can be supported without any evidence of a thorough investigation into all complaints made ... it is clear that the investigation has not been completed."

The IPCC review was told that:

· Although the former wife said she had personally witnessed Judge X naked with named young children, Dyfed Powys police failed even to interview the judge and phoned him for an off-the-record conversation, which had no evidential value;

· Although the former wife said she had witnessed Judge X downloading child pornography on his home computers and identified two sites which she claimed he had been using, Dyfed Powys police failed to seize any of the judge's computers;

· Although she alleged that the judge had passed a sexual infection to a child Dyfed Powys police made no attempt to obtain relevant medical records;

· Although she accused him of using court transcripts for his sexual gratification Dyfed Powys failed to mention the allegation in its inquiry report.

When the former wife heard the outcome of Dyfed Powys' investigation in January 2007 she filed a formal complaint that it was inadequate. The force considered this complaint and in July 2007 rejected it.

In August 2007 she appealed to the IPCC, who initially refused to review the handling of her complaint on the grounds that her paperwork had arrived with them six days after the statutory 28-day deadline. She sought a judicial review in the high court, which in June this year ordered the IPCC to review the case.

The IPCC review comes to no conclusion on the validity of the former wife's allegations against Judge X. In a statement last night he told the ITV programme Wales This Week: "I only wish to state firmly that there is absolutely no truth in any of these allegations." Nor does the IPCC make any comment on the claim that Judge X was a friend of the then chief constable, Terry Grange.

Grange, who was a spokesman on child protection for the Association of Chief Police Officers, retired with immediate effect last November after being accused of misusing force email and a credit card while having an affair.

The IPCC's report requires Dyfed Powys police to reopen the case, initially in order to establish whether the former wife's complaints about the original inquiry were properly handled. In a statement the police said: "The force will revisit and reinvestigate the complaints submitted, a process that will necessitate further engagement with the complainant. A new investigating officer has been appointed."

Dyfed-Powis Police Receive Defibrillators

Montgomeryshire and Tywyn Freemasons donated £4,500 to purchase two defibrillators for use in police patrol cars serving rural areas. Dyfed-Powys Police Chief Constable, Terence Grange, travelled a considerable distance from his headquarters in Carmarthen to personally receive the donation from W Bro. Emyr Roberts, chairman of the Group Nine Lodges and RW Bro. Gareth Lloyd-Jones, Assistant Provincial Grand Master for North Wales. News of this donation was well reported in the local Press and has received much public support.

Terry Grange Dyfed Powys police lose again

All of you who read my blog regularly will know of my struggle for justice and the blatant attempts by Terry Grange and Dyfed powys police to discredit me and distance themselves from their own failings.
This week finally saw the end of the malicious case against Kyra and myself formulated by Dyfed Powys because they were miffed that I had out witted them. I did offer a compromise and I begged them for help two days before I went into Terry Granges house and gave press interviews. They smugly ignored me.

On the 26th April I went into Terry Granges very basic love nest. (Double beds,vodka in the fridge and cheap toilet roll ). which Terry had abandoned in favour of his home in Bristol which didn't have quite so many press lurking outside. For those that don't know the story I shall put links so as to ensure that there will be absolute accuracy about what he did and how he managed to escape any form of justice and with a very large pension to boot.

I have for the last six years sought help from Dyfed Powys police with regard to racism,abuse,criminal damage and hate crime not to mention extortion.
I have been ignored..

In fact I would go as far as saying favouritism has been shown towards Selwyn Roberts. I had professional standards from Dyfed Powys police here yesterday taking my statement in an attempt to investigate and put things right.

I was wrongfully arrested by Dyfed Powys police for tractor theft aided and abetted by a Plaid Cymru AM and a "christian charity" called crisis in farming when I simply tried to get rent and water costs paid plus dead animals cleared and squalor cleaned all called by Selwyn Roberts and his father plus a few hanger ons.
I have a letter of apology from CPS here.

I bought Trallwm Farm via John Francis estate agent in Carmarthen and there was a meeting before completion which involved the then owner Rees,Neville Thomas acting on behalf of John Francis estate agent and Selwyn Roberts. These three ( I have court paperwork to prove all this ) had a meeting whereby it was agreed not to inform me that I had a sitting tenant. Selwyn Roberts was also offered £7000 cash to leave but of course thought he could extort more out of me instead.
I completed on Trallwm Farm and was immediately dropped into a situation of racism and hate. Roberts father abused me on a daily basis as did Roberts junior. I was assaulted by David Roberts and after Sgt Anthony eventually took over the case I gather he was cautioned for assault.Photos were taken which are still held by the police of the alleged criminal damage caused to the barns which the police still hold.
I was told daily that if I handed over varying amounts from £30,000 to £50,000 then Roberts and his poor cattle would go.
He tried various ploys including not feeding the animals to try and force me as an animal lover to give in. The RSPCA were asked to attend at various points by myself and neighbours due to dead and dying cattle. It was pitiful. I remember two calves that were weak being fed by tube by Roberts senior. He couldn't get the tube in to the stomach so milk flooded the lungs and both calves died an agonising death. I tried to help these animals but was always abused. The RSPCA and DEFRA said they were aware. I have photos of the condition of his animals for anyone who has an interest in animal welfare and justice.Roberts on occasions drove his only working tractor into the barn walls and caused criminal damage to tin work as well as smashing the stone work. He said he would stop when I gave him the cash.
Roberts father placed a young calf inside a car which was then locked. Several people informed the authorities but still the calf stayed there untill what had been a living being with life in its eyes was just a rotting smelling carcase with maggots.I have paperwork from animal health where the calf incident is clearly mentioned.

Roberts refused to pay rent or water bills. To be fair Euirig Rees the previous owner had agreed to pay water costs for Roberts but soon abandoned that idea and walked away as did John Francis estate agents in Carmarthen. I have paperwork here that shows this agreement.

I sought advice and gave Roberts a months notice that I could not afford to pay for his water supply nor support him financially. I offered him a seperate non mains water supply for which there was a pump house and water tank on higher land that I owned and I offered him a suitable cheap submersible pump. He declined and said the money he could get in compensation for his animals dying would be great. Elaine Spence for the RSPCA told him the fine for not supplying water to his cattle would outweigh any compensation. Elaine and I connected water from the well to the cattle but Roberts continually pulled the pipe work out. I had also sourced livery costs for moving my horses to Geoff Stones yard and therefore not trespassing on land involved in an ag tenancy. Roberts said it was ok I could keep my horses in the field I owned and he would just use the barns. This was a ploy he later used in court to show I was a trespasser.
The situation was desperate and environmental health came round because of the open slurry pit and the mess. I put suitable gates up to stop Roberts cattle running out onto the road an to stop anyone or anything falling into the open slurry pit. A neighbours pony DID fall in and I worried constantly about a child dying in its toxic depths.
Eventually after Roberts had more cattle dying he shifted everyone out to grazing on land still owned by Rees but still paid no one a penny. He left 3 tractors wedged in the gateway which meant I had no access to a field he had no connection with.This was accepted in court. I was offered storage of the tractors with the agreement that they could be collected by Roberts when he paid his rent and cleared up. He had at this point abandoned Trallwm Farm but left absolute squalor. In court he claimed that he had to pay to have browsers bought in with water because I was no longer supplying water to the land I DIDNT EVEN OWN as it was still owned by Rees and the court say I have to pay Roberts. On one bit of this land is a tap that has been registered to Euirig Rees for a very long time and one that he paid water costs for .At no point did Roberts need to import water.I have a photo of this water source and enquiries can be made of the water board regarding its exact location.The "independant " witness surveyer didnt include any of this in his report despite me pointing it out to them.
Should Roberts have actually imported water from his mates fathers farm then a water extraction licence would be recorded with the environment agency and the issuer of the licence and THERE ISN'T ONE.
Unbeknown to me crisis in farming had a woman called Gillian Gibson who fully supported Roberts and made statements on his behalf to agencies etc. She clearly states that I harassed Roberts and that she knew his cattle to be outstanding. I have photos of these cattle.He also had a company called Upton Walker working on his behalf producing ambitious reports on what I and Eurig Rees owed Roberts.SHONA WALKER was struck off from practissing but still her report was offered to the court and nothing was mentioned about such a deceptive move.

Crisis in farming never came here, spoke to me or in any way knew the truth but they still spoke with authority on the subject in court.
Reverend Brown of crisis in farming has only recently taken over as director .The last one told me he wasn't helping me at all. Sarah Brown is trying now to reassess the situation but sadly to late as Judge Vosper made a decision partly on the crisis in farmings evidence.
The police in all this time have actively refused to respond to 999 calls or to help in any way. In fact after pressure from crisis in farmings Gillian and a local AM I was arrested by the police and then apologised to by CPS ( I have the letter ) because the police had done such a shoddy and biased job. I was therefore cleared of tractor theft. However the police made it clear that the tractor's should be held and not moved.
I have to pay compensation to Roberts for the loss of condition of the tractors during the long debate on my wrongful arrest when he could have in fact collected the tractors in the first week of them being in storage having paid money he owed to me for water and rent.
During statements I was told by WPC phillips that I was not allowed to mention racism as it didn't happen in wales and that she was only doing what she had been told by someone higher up. I was told that a harrasment file would be kept at Kidwelly which would give powers of arrest against Roberts but this was not done. Again their was a clear bias in Roberts favour. Surely eventually people within the legal system have to look at all the facts and realise that there is something very ,very wrong when I have been denied the very basic principles and human rights afforded to people in English law whilst Roberts has had a marvelous time with all the special help he has been given.

I am aware that journalists are reading this blog because of the national press attention after Dyfed Powys failed to silence and discredit both my daughter and myself .Obviously there will be a claim for compensation for wrongful arrest plus all the other thing Dyfed Powys police have done to us and the press are welcome to all paperwork plus photos.

One of the saddest but most important things I have ever written

On the 10th Sept my step mother Chris died.

Thats a few words that dont begin to describe our loss because my step mum was different and in a unique category so Im going to write about her in the way she deserves to be written about.

At her funeral the reverend from North Waltham and her church she not only attended but helped at and took responsibility for mentioned that Chris had taken my sister and myself on as we were deserted by our own mother.
She did take us on and I began to think of the enormity of what I owed her and never got to tell her.
Not only did I inherit siblings but also a step Grandmother and Grand father, step aunts,uncles and so on. Her house was a normal happy home where morals and lessons were the order of the day. There was no violence and fear. It was always filled with cooking and childrens toys,log fires and light. Eventually alongside Chris's wonderful children appeared two more so I had half brothers.

Christmas , Boxing day, Easter actually became words that meant something.These were experiences I would never have had access to without my stepmother and although I was older than these children I was and am still very gratefull for the memories and being invited to be part of it. Without learning what Christmas and special family days were all about my daughter and now my Grandaughters memories wouldnt be half so filled with magic.I hope they both give thier future families a "Christine Christmas".

Chris spent all year stashing items for people she knew would enjoy them at birthdays,Christmas etc.
Without realsing I too began to gain pleasure from finding things and to put them by. Chris taught me about ceramics and I only have to see Cranberry glass and I instantly think of happy times in North Waltham. Through Chris I learned about antiques and collectables,morals,families,Burmese cats and thier problems. Most of the things I know came from Chris because I didnt have another maternal source that could possibly educate me in such a kind and loving way. Even my love of antique books because Chris gave me encouragement. As a small child Kyra had beautiful hand embroidered dresses and the very best of everything thanks to Chris.In so many ways she touched by life and filled the void left by not having a mother.It was to my benefit to have a stepmother and not a mother.
I also realise it was Chris that taught me to not be bullied and to fight my corner. Chris was the bain of middle management. If they couldnt get it right they shouldnt be doing the job. She said she had decided to take on the battle with cancer as she would a battle with a Sainsburys manager. Anyone who knew Chris will now be smiling at this because if any supermarket didnt full fill her requirements she would have the boss squirming like a school boy having his ear bent untill satisfaction was hers for the taking.
Sadly for us Chris passed away sooner than anyone thought but I wonder if she got a glimpse of after life and departed with her shopping bag to iron out a few of heavens problems. If this is the case then heaven will be a much better run place where all children will be loved and cared for. If anyone deserves to be in heaven its Chris for all her goodness on this earth.
Even during her illness no one knew untill a few weeks before her death. Chris spent so much time looking after everyone else and her much loved grandchildren that I dont suppose for one minute she wanted to waste any time on dying while she had time left to live. She even organised what flowers were to be at her funeral which of course were yellow and mauve which I noticed match her ceramic flower wall plate.
The reverend knew too much about all of us to have just cobbled together a few meaningless words from those left behind. He spoke about all of us including the great grandchildren and Misty the worlds most annoying cat who was the bain of most peoples lives but simply another entity to be loved by Chris. That meant to me that he had listened to Chris and understood the importance of all of us to her. That to me made her one of the most important people I will ever be lucky enough to have had in my life and like everyone else I will mourn her loss for a very long time.

My commiserations to you for having to spend your 90th in London with freezing rain storms, surrounded by people who you don't know with music you probably don't like.
You spent so much of your life in solitude standing your ground and avoiding the assassins bullets and then the best humanity can do is to throw you a birthday party in the middle of the capital.
The hamburgers will be vile if you can cope with standing in line for them and the toilets similar to Zimbabwe in summer with an Ecoli alert.With tacky tents flogging trinkets for ten times the price that children with aids sell the tourists in Harare.
Quite why you didn't spend it in Africa is beyond me because I would have done.
There is nothing like home.

Colleen was a gift that passed through life like Lassie in the films. Every time a child needed help there she was with her show and pony club diary pointing out favourite events with a little chestnut hoof.
She should be remembered not only for all her amazing achievements but also for the fact that anyone who knew her smiled. She brought happiness to so many children’s lives and pride to many mother’s hearts. She carried children round like they were her own, setting them down only to show their humans all the prizes Colleen and they had collected on the magic carpet of competition. That being Colleen’s own prefered vehicle.

When we first met Coll it was in April 2003 and she came to Trallwm farm due to family tragedy.She came in immediately and I just knew as she did her catwalk down the ramp whom she was going to be loved by next.
Little Naomi loaned a Shetland pony from us but she needed really a pony now that her knees didn’t touch the floor on but could still be a security blanket. We had to bully the poor child a bit because her chin and lip were set in defiance at this HUGE 14.1hh pony we were asking her to risk her life on. We threw her on board under the misapprehension that she could try her for a bit,knowing full well that Colleen was perfect for her and anyway Colleen had her toothbrush packed ready to go home with Naomi .

The day after “Coll” went home Naomi rode her three times. She was obviously well schooled and happy to be ridden, but did look “elderly”. The family groomed her & massaged her every day & she enjoyed home grown haylage & some hard feed. She filled out, muscled up and started to glow. A few weeks the pair went to their first show together. It was the Llandeilo and district show and they entered in all sorts of classes. To Naomi’s surprise they got placed in almost all of them. But in the first class Colleen won the Pony Club Pony Championship and she deserved it. She was excellent all day Naiomi received more rosettes on one day than Naomi had done in the last year! Naomi never had a pony like that before. and wasn’t going to give her back now!

Colleen very quickly established her place as matriarch of the little herd. She liked things done her way & in the right order. Once she had rubber mats fitted in her stable – she made it very clear that she did not approve of such “new fangled” stuff so went back to her straw bed. Try as we might we could never get her to eat hard feed at breakfast time because she insisted that she should go out at once, rain or shine.

The family were so surprised that such a good quality pony was given to an animal sanctuary they decided to trace her old owners back to the time when she was only fifteen years young! After a long wait they received loads of information and photos of her from Val Johnson, who told them they used to call her Collywobbles. They found out that she had been placed at Ponies UK in 1995 (7th in the show hunter type) and also had a foal (in 1985) who looked identical to her. All anyone knew about her owners prior to Trallwm Farm was that they were going through difficult times Luckily Coll was given to Trallwm Farm instead of the sales, as Colleen the national treasure could well have been lost to a meat lorry.

It was clear that Coll had been fantastically well schooled & so Naomis mum suggested trying some Prelim dressage tests with her. The results were astounding and they got placed every time! They competed in the Pony Club Area Dressage and were placed 3rd. They also took part in the area show jumping. Novice level dressage and were astonished to qualify for the national dressage championships at thier first competition at that level! In veteran classes that Colleen won easily as most of the other entrants were merely half her age! You see the big secret was that Coll was 32 yrs old when she came to Trallwm Farm On several occasions the judge & steward found it very difficult to accept how old she was.No one had told Colls to grow old gracefully although in everything she did she was very simply gracefull and the best was yet to come

The Dressage Championships of Great Britain.

The Dressage championships are a wonderful but daunting experience for any rider lucky enough to get there. They are held at the David Broome Event Centre where there were great facilities that Coll enjoyed the luxury of. The whole family and friends went for the big event. Irish Colleen got very over excited and had to be lunged so she could let off some steam.The family were convinced Coll believed these shows were set up especially for her. The first afternoon was the warm up competition and Novice 21. The result was better than thier average percentage but still Naomi didn’t get excited as it was only a practise competition and just qualifying for the Novice competition was an achievment in itself . The first day was Novice 24 and by that time Coll had settled down into her surroundings and started working. The big day came and Naomi was racked with nerves but Coll knew what she had to do and the team went really well. By the time the third day came Coll was tired but kept going.
The family were happy to have the chance to attend the event and got ready to go home. Naomi went to the secretarys tent to collect her score.
She was shocked to discover Colleen and herself had won the junior section !
By Easter 2004 it was obvious knees would be dragging on floors again and it was time for Colls to stop giving so much so Colls decided to take on another child who was then 6 yrs old. Martha being Naomis sister was a perfect charge for Colleen. She didn’t have to leave her home and friends but could continue lifting a child and soaring away on the magic carpet.
Time passed and the new team of Colleen and Martha started a new collection of Rosettes . Colleen found something else she enjoyed , endurance rides! Being only six dad Paul led the pair round but declared “never again” as Colleen got rather “excited” over the six miles and dad couldn’t go the pace. Martha was exhausted too as Colleen jogged the whole route. Colleens last show was a local one and Martha happily attached all her winning rosettes to the much loved ponies bridle. The following week Colleen let them know that she suddenly wasn’t well. She had lost her balance and no matter what the vet tried it didn’t work.

Colleen didn’t mind at all,in fact she still demanded to stick rigidly to her daily routine. The family gave her all the love they could and when it was time for Coll to come in at night ,she simply went to sleep in a new place.In a beautiful peaceful wood where the family can still sit and talk to her.where future generations will hear about the best pony there ever was. Coll knew it was time to go and she didn’t mind at all.In fact she gave a gift to another pony. She gave the children the best education they could have had in order to teach a younger pony.
Alfie is another Trallwm Farm pony who was in desperate need af a loving child to compete him.Coll taught Martha all she needs to know too get Silver (as Alfie is now called ) on that magic carpet called competion.
Who knows he may even win the pony club cup that is in memory of Coll. It is for the pony who gives most to a child.

Our loss of Dandini a gypsy trotter horse

Apart from the untimely and pointless death of Abigail my hand reared Jersey x Limo girl caused by Dyfed Powys police I'm only just coming to terms with losing Dandini.

He tripped and died very quickly. Being blind he couldn't see and hit his head hard. There was no blood no distress,just gone in a second.
I'm in more distress having had Dan for many years and having loved and cared for him.
He originally came from Lincolnshire having been left tied to a wooden stake that was impaled in his chest muscles. His eyesight was fragmented in one eye then. A National charity wouldn't help him because he was "unviable" which means they would spend more on him than they could fund raise on him so Dandini came to me. He was out on loan for a long time until his sight finally went. He followed Ferguson everywhere but had just made friends with Scamp and was quite happy wandering about.
I dont think Ferguson will be far behind him. He is very very old now and not holding weight.He is still very happy and eating well so is entitled to his life as long as he wants to live.

Monday saw me at the vets 1st thing with Rasputin my beautiful Burmese feral, whom, when trapped as a kitten to save him didn't have the same opinion on what we were doing !
He has somehow got trodden on by a horse or some such disaster as only a rudeboy who wanders through life like he does could. His tail is broken in several places and has to be amputated end of. Its not like he is frightened by anything because apart from taking on the world he curls up on my bed all night aggravating Bojangles (who hates him). Any normal sighthound would have long since eaten him and buried the bones.
Poor Bojangles has born the brunt of many claw/nose experiments when innocently asleep next to me. Flashing orange eyes signal the retreat of a very wild pussycat who has just been poked with a finger. But he just doesn't care. You can take the cat from the wild but you can never ever take the wild from the cat. That's what I love about him. He isn't going to be happy with the loss of his tail but at least he will live to fight another day. I shall miss his beautiful long twisting Burmese tail with the kink in the end from his Siamese heritage.
Where he was in Llanelli the life expectancy was very limited. Why the locals keep getting cats and then dumping them unspayed is beyond me. When we trap the kittens and find them homes we have a sea of cats and we are simply trawlermen seeing what jumps in the net. Life is cheap in wales

Another seven hours in cells due to a bully

Yesterday we had to answer bail for the squatting incident.
The only person in the house assaulted was Kyra but in order to attempt to justify sending the armed response unit in to a civil situation the police make it up as they go along.

The bail conditions are that we cannot go near anybody who was in,is in and will be in the Dyfed Powys police,near buildings owned or occupied by them etc etc.This includes one womans name which has caused a bit of interest with journalists as they were interested why she was named as she would come under the other listings. Terry Grange has had much publicity with regard to his love life and using the police force credit card to buy dinner and book hotel rooms in London. Now I have never had a problem with this particular lady and I hope she has not with me but I hope she "didnt" !!! YUK !!!
I shall not name her out of respect for her and her alone. HOWEVER Dyfed Powys police in thier usual underhand way held an "off the record" chat with journalists after under cover photographers were following the lady on my bail sheet to her home in the middle of no where. The person the police DID name was Lorraine Thompson who they said was the real person who Terry was alleged to have been seeing.So they sold you out Lorraine !!!!

On my bail sheet it states that the conditions are to prevent further offences and as squatting is civil it is ilegal for them to do this to us but they are desperate men protecting thier incomes.
They were supposed to show us yesterday what it is they think they can possibly charge us with but of course there probably isnt anything.

They then decided that in an effort to control us as long as possible that they would get us to sign a further 3 weeks of this utter garbage that is simply the only way they CAN control us as no one has actually decided we have at any point done anything ilegal.

We then through our solicitor say we are happy to sign reasonable bail conditions to keep the peace but not something illegal or that infringes upon our human rights.
Our nice officer goes and relates this to his boss DI DAVID GUINUI who then says he is not willing to change them and wont be reasonable.This sadly is normal behaviour down at Carmarthen. I feel very sorry for the decent officers working there.

Our solicitor then spoke to Guinui and told him there was no point at all in continuing the conversation.
Guinui was simply as per usual protecting the Dyfed powys gang and has no interest in doing the right thing. The end result was that we were bullied in the hope we would sign and then we were put in cells for seven hours until an Inspector over ruled Guinui. Kyra had her 8 week old daughter with her as we were told we just had to sign something and go.
They read out aloud what they wanted us to sign and we refused the ridiculous and intimidating bail conditions verbally.
And the we were released absolutely without having to sign anything when in fact we were happy to meet them middle way.

And has Dyfed Powys rushed forward to charge the racist thug with all he did to me ????
What do you reckon ? Im not Welsh and I upset them by fighting back.

DI DAVID GUINUI Anytime you want another metaphoric kick in the nuts bring it on because I wont quit untill I expose what Dyfed Powys did and I get justice. And incidentally as Terry Grange has been accused of protecting a peadophile judge do you think in this political climate you should be spending so much time on the killing of a peadophile...oh yes I forgot he was ANOTHER DYFED POWYS EX COP ON CHARGES.
The worst bit of all is that because I wasnt here yesterday one of our pet cows jumped over a fence trapping her foot and died. Last time I was wrongfully arrested by WPC PHILLIPS Jazzie my Jersey girl split her stomach and died.
Not that either of these heartless people care and a letter of apology last time from CPS didnt bring Jazzie back.

Tiny ...available for tv interviews

I adore my cows, one of the books Ive done feature the story of my beloved Jazzy who was the best cow in the world and of my grief at Jazzy dying but of the legacy she left behind.

Tiny is one of those whom benefited from Jazzy. He is three years old now and named by my sister one Snowy Christmas. He really was a tiny scrap who like others had come in with a viral problem.I worked so hard saving him and the others but because the calves were born with a problem it was soul destroying. Tiny made it and one of the reasons was I became his mum and wouldnt let him fade away. I collected him at two days old from a Jersey dairy unit that had the calves shot and taken away by the hunt . I negotiated the lives of quite a few Jerseys from that place and quite a few still graze happily here content with the family they have grown into.
Tiny should have grown into a huge nervous ,aggresive beast living on borrowed time because by 2 yrs old nature takes over and you have a dangerous big Jersey living in your pocket.

No one told Tiny and so he has happily lived under the assumption he is one of us. He comes to all our barbecues, meets people alongside the Danes and recently he started to be a bit norty.
I have a neighbour called Eirion or Squibs to most people. He has a huge family of daughters,grandchildren and a wife who feeds and cares for everyone. Eirion is kind, helpful, trust worthy and extremely funny. If you have your back to the wall Eirion is the one person you want in your corner alongside Phillip Morrell.
Last Sunday I took Merion and his daughter over to meet the cows as they were in the far field sun bathing. We were there untill 8.15pm and then we left.
By 8.30 Tiny got lonely and took down a wall into Eirion's field. He proceeded quite quickly up to Eirions' house where he was spotted.
The problem is that Eirion although a dairy farmer is quite intimidated by Tiny. So Tiny got locked in a barn until I went to check it was him because I couldn't believe how fast he went from here to Eirions.
He looked very sad incarcerated so I went in with Daffyd the grandson to give Tiny big snogs. The next day we walked him back home.
Tiny just loves people and copes with situations far better than most dogs. He is very snugly and cuddly and I love him very much.

After a phone call with a friend in which we laughed and put the world to rights, I decided to revisit Elgar.

Now I'm a firm believer in thinking that you can judge people by two things.
How they drive and their musical taste.

People who drive vehicles that look like an H G Wells time machine in motion complete with flashing lights seem to me on the whole to be quite reasonable types. Down to earth, intelligent even. Because they drive at the same speed that they think . They are generally artistic and passionate by nature and if they are male they tend to be competitive ( until thrashed soundly by a good woman driver in a Jeep with a pirate flag and a Deer hound in the front).
I'm happy to include ambulance drivers in this catagory because in general this holds true for them too. The armed response unit driver from cross hands even qualifies, (although he failed miserably on not taking the marked up Volvo on the roundabout).
Panda car drivers can forget it. They have instructions now to not antagonise me and so when I happen to be driving behind them I notice how they drive like WI members on a visit to a male brothel. Hunched with eyes reflecting at me in the rear view mirror, like hard boiled eggs ready to burst,full of expectations and a hope that they don't get caught doing something stupid. Doh !

Now music runs in a similar vein, in that long flowing music shows a depth of character and a chain of thought that is fluid in both transaction
and aural perception.
Elgar is soothing on the surface yet uplifting , even riotous as our Edward sneakily lifts you from the floor into a balloon ( just think prisoner tv series here ) that floats above the morals of English culture looking down agreeably upon his adoring subjects.He pulls us on a breeze somewhere in our past on a journey to the future.
His work suggests to me that he knew what the future held in the modern world. Most of todays adverts portray verses that we know because most beautiful pieces have been chopped and pasted onto advertising campaigns.
Edward Elgar advertised the British empire at its best.
Lets face it you don't get many axe murderers who claim in court that Elgar worked them to a frenzy and made them do it.So I would consider an avid Elgary to be a suitable friend of a dignified and articulate nature.
As I write this you understand I have to compare various tracks and music types so laboratory conditions are upheld and another classical musicians work is echoing across the valley ,aiding and abetting the swifts and swallows on thier labour of scooping insects from the skies after the summer hay is made.
Its gangster tripping by fat boy slim for me !

Ive had my heart in my mouth for two days.Late last night I was playing hunt the dead horse in the dark. Made very difficult by Fergs who kept moving silently and by himself.
He may be 30 plus but he still has his sense of humour.

This morning when the mowers were in across the road and I'm watching Baldric the cat gaze into long grass hopeful of an easy mouse .I suddenly realise he is totally unaware that there is the biggest dog fox feet away from him. I kept banging the window to keep the dog foxes attention and Dibs went out and saved Baldric from yet another adventure in someones mouth.

Jake has been howling and screaming for a bit and upon inspection from the bathroom window it would appear that Ferguson our very elderly and doddery 16.3hh is wedged in between Jake's kennel and the back door stealing Jake's dinner !
Jake came in as a dangerous dog and is 6ft 2" in his socks and on his hinds. He is featured in the National great Dane magazine because of his story and how he came back to his life and rejoined the world 6 months after he arrived here at Trallwm Farm. An update will be in the next magazine.

Nasty fergs did steal the ickle doggy's dinners.
Jake is now my best outside Dane boy. Not to be confused with the best lurcher boy pen and mummy's best house boy Bojangles. I hope they never all meet and compare notes.

How to be safe in Dyfed Powys police area

In Dyfed Powys you only get guaranteed protection if you are a member of the police force or a free mason or usually welsh. Anyone who thinks I'm wrong is welcome to test the theory or have a look through all the evidence of my own case.
Terry Grange refused to record certain crimes.
Racism and hate crime were crimes that were not recorded.
I was told by the police what I could or could not put in a statement.
I was the one wrongfully arrested for tractor theft ( I have the letter of apology) after pressure was put on from a political source. Up until April I asked professional standards to investigate the AM involved. Mark Bleasedale who was then removed to Pembrokeshire was honest and approachable. He was investigating what happened to me.
After Mr Bleasdale was moved, the shutters came down and suddenly there was a block on me asking for my legal right of an investigation into wrong doing and I had no option but to move into Terry Granges house as a legal squatter,protesting that because of a series of "blunders" or "sinister moves" very like Terry Grange has been accused of in the above link, I could face losing my home. The reason is quite easily explained.

If you have two people in a debate with an audience

One person is given absolute help and the other told "its civil".
The one who is given absolute help wins because the one told its "civil" has no means of expressing or proving what has happened to them.
If you then consider that what was done to me was racist /hate crime,criminal damage and wrongful arrest and what I allegedly did to the other side was absolutely nothing that the police could charge me with its no wonder why there is outrage that Terry Grange walks away Scott free.
I have to give £40,000 to someone who made my life a living hell for.
Not supplying water to a field I don't own.
wrongfully evicting him from the barns when I didn't.
He left and I heard no more for several years.

If you then add to the mix politicians, crisis in farming, who never ever came here and fell over themselves to help him plus the police refusing to investigate you have a situation JUST like the one above in the BBC report.
I "think " I know exactly who the judge is that is being discussed just as I know exactly who Terry Grange was sleeping with in his love nest.

All anyone is asking is that these things are investigated and action taken but of course there is a whole chain of police, self promoting politicians and do gooders who don't now want to be liable for their "mistakes".
Putting my case to one side.

If the ex wife of the judge is correct.

There is a paedophile and possibly a paedophile ring operating out there with the blessing of the law. You may think it doesn't affect you but someone who talks to your child or grandchild may right this minute be abusing children and yours is next. If the ex wife is right this paedophile is beyond the laws reach.

The Pirates of Trallwm Farm

In Wales they hunt in packs, police ,Barristers, judges,certain members of Plaid cymru , Crisis in farming and low life's out to make a buck from the incoming English.
They have a saying here which is " Come in Rolls Royce's go out on push bikes ".
Its a jolly little money spinner. To be fair they sometimes go after their own if the unfortunate person they are hunting has something the others want. Like Daffyd Morgan losing his beloved home to gangsters wearing the queens silk. But Daffyd has a court case going and the tide is turning.

So far its worked well because no ones ever gone after them, nor written about thier vile behaviour. There are various groups that help each other recover from the greedy dark cloud of human locusts that descend upon families well being but no ones ever really watched and learnt as a fox does.

But I have a publisher....
in fact three but the chosen one nags me which is what I need. The idea of a Trallwm Farm book came about after a series of seven books were published in America involving our animals.
For six years I have been traumatised by ongoing events and old animals that we have loved and cared for taking huge emotional chunks out of me when they pass over. Saddened and weakened by the death of Rose and dragged to my knees with keeping Trallwm farm going as a place of safety to a lifetime of animals. There is no financial value to the animals but there is a huge cost to the heart and soul, to sanity and to a normal life which is freely given up in exchange for a little more life for some very wonderful animals.
Now is the time that my ship sets sail on the journey into the unknown.

The winds of change are filling my sails and the good ship Trallwm farm armed with cutlasses, chocolate profiteroles and a Pirate flag is on its way.

Its raining here in wonderland

I took a friend to L and A activity centre last night which hopefully left her feeling like she had been welcomed into a strange but friendly world.
Its really difficult bringing people into my world because its not normal by any ones standards ( and that's just the bits I can see are not normal ).

L and A activity centre x Trallwm Farm colliding is similar to 3rd rock from the sun meets the TV series "V" only in Hebrew and stressed English,with a bit of fawlty towers for insult.
Nigel who runs L and A is the most wonderful character who is one of the few people who still has faith in others whilst retaining his own.His kindness is legendary but this means he gets taken advantage of especially by the locals. He hadn't had any sleep since Friday because he had several parties in which involved being in the watering hole till 3am cooking breakfasts at 5am Saturday and then he was still running a Barbecue at 12.30 last night.
I love it at L and A because I have quite a few animals there anyway so its home from home but also I adore the customer side of things. Its really just like here.

Eastern European customer..."Can we have more bread "
management "No"
Customer "why ? We have only had 8 bits "
Management "Actually you had 12 and theres only feckin 8 of you "
This was then followed by orders to get a bag of frozen rolls and "throw it at them "
When I ordered drinks the delectable Richard with the Irish ears and the no hope countenance stated quite clearly . Do I look like I know what a feckin soft drink is ( I was ordering Red Bull ) Actually he didn't but the alternative worked on the same lines.

Phone here on any day and you will see we all went to the same public service university.

Richard was later helping another complaining customer to get the barbecue going again. He was gleefully pouring lighter gel over hot coals like a gremlin in a rain shower. I watched him for a bit laughing and then guilt got the better of me so I made him take the cigarette out of his mouth. I really didn't fancy roast gremlin....in fact any gremlin.
The customer was fair game as he is a friend of Nigel's so has been many times to L and A. Last time he was singing Frank Sinatra in the early hours soiree that occur when Nigel gets a guitar in his hand.
Singing Frank Sinatra is in my opinion grounds to be banned anyway especially as he doesn't know all the words to American pie by Don Mclean.
If you want a fun week or weekend and a place to be totally relaxed then you cannot go wrong with L and A. Being abused by the staff is more than fair. Debbie fell in the river once after a water hole soiree. The staff kindly fished her out ,laid her out in a log cabin and didn't laugh once within her hearing.
What more could you want in an activity holiday ?

Its been very busy, Phone calls all day but fortunately most were enquiring about homing animals. The oldies wandered down for brekkies and were then tyre levered back out to be "real horses" for a bit. The trouble is Ferguson knows full well the freezer has cakes in it. He loves frozen doughnuts in the summer. He and Jack have become the odd couple,squabbling over imaginary slights and creating empires out of half full feed buckets. There is something quite sweet about thier attempts to double barrell each other without actually getting close enough to connect.
Token gestures are important when you are a 30 yr old and a 22yr old ex race horse pretending to be stallions.
I managed to set fire to the Jeep tonight. The fire brigade wrote it off by filling the hot engine with cold water. Cant be helped and they were very nice about it.
I managed to get my huge tow chains,my metal baseball bat and my pirate flag out. Its been a good Jeep but everything has its last day.

We will say goodbye to Ben our old GSD this week. He is the last connection to the past which is a good thing to move away from but I shall miss his sweet face. His story was featured in magazines when he was young. He came out of a cellar as a biter thanks to the abuse he suffered but he has lived his life at peace with the world for ten years.

Im not very good at this blogging. Part of the problem is that so many things happen on an hourly basis that i just dont get to write them down.I think about it but it just doesnt happen.We spend all day laughing at them but you just dont get to hear about it.
Living here is like a secret forest where the animals come out at night to deep moonlit pools to talk and drink only its day time and the pools are created by the constant rain.
Animals talk all the time only most people dont see it. I can watch a conversation happening on top of the hill from the house and I can laugh at whats being said. At Trallwm farm all the animals are really free to just be themselves . They are like icebergs bobbing through life with 2/3rds below the surface and just the tip showing untill you understand the true charactor deep inside.
Our horse that started it all was Wilber. He came to us as a very messed up sick horse who was the gentlest loving boy who paid his rent with loyalty and friendship. He took care of Kyra through a very difficult time.
Animals do that without any thought for themselves but you show me any human that would do that for you !
Wilber gave every bit of himself untill the day he died in my arms. He was the most loved horse in the world and he had obituaries right across the internet. He changed peoples lives for the better.
Out there somewhere is a man who will always remember that as a child his dying fathers wishes were fullfilled when for a short while a boy smiled as he rode upon the back of a giant white horse. His father always wanted him to get the chance to ride but cancer took away all dreams and exchanged them for nightmares. Just for a while a child got to be a child again.
Each and every animal here is a person and is utterly genuine in thier emotions and behaviour. Consider most people you know and you will understand why they will drag me out in a box before I give up the home of all the animals here.
Like most people I have left bits of my soul in past lives and other places .I have the usual emotional chunks missing but unfortunately for anyone crossing me The bits that are missing are fear of anything and the softness that makes you stop and consider that someone is genuine when they are not.
Inside Im an eco warrior with pink streaked hair and war paint. Take me on and you dig the hole you are going in. Kill me and I rise again.
Like the sun , Im fine in the morning but by lunchtime you will crawl away to escape the heat.
Those that know me or have seen me in the national press will know what Ive been through since living in Wales. The sheer out in the open racism that is endorsed by the police and politicians. The vile cruelty and indifference towards animals that we see everyday and everywhere. Its not an easy way to live but its a way Ive chosen and will stick with untill Ive shown corruption where it exists and protected more animals that come in. Trallwm Farm is often here simply to give animals care and rehoming when thier owners are dying ( which is a frequent reason why animals come here ) and then to help any horses or livestock that have to come in for what ever reason.We really do take them in day or night and its pretty usual for me to be up till late waiting for a very small nervous person inside a huge body to come off a lorry.
I have a pack of dogs for whom this is it. They cannot go anywhere else as here they are free, happy and under control. Take that away and they will be killed. Every day someone (Nigel) will tell me how they could cope with them but they see happy dogs who know boundaries and love. No Trallwm Farm means no pack home and No herd home.That means not just the horses but also our family of Jersey cows who are bonded for life.
Its a big responsibilty fighting for survival every day but I will do it,everyday,always,regardless.

Im going to hell a'rnt I ?
